A bit confusing finding the parts entrance. The door on the side that reads parts, is not the entrance to the parts counter. The parts counter is inside past the showroom. Quick in and out after that. Knowledgable staff.

Came here for service on my car. The staff is very friendly and nice. However don't bother trying to call their phone because they won't pick up no matter how many times you call. Brought my car in for an oil change and didn't hear anything for about 2 hours, so I went to go check on it. When I got there they had not even started on my car, it had just been sitting there which is very frustrating. If you want somewhere quick this is not your place unfortunately. Super friendly but not efficient.

Sales people are great... But that finance Manager is rude, and watch your numbers. What was 19k turned into 25k.He said said it was finance charges, I was pre-approved at another financial institution when I got there...Should not have been charged that!!

We sat down with Mack about a car we had been looking for. Was told that msrp +$1200 dealer fees would be the total. After waiting several months for the car to come in, they did not stand behind the price. It is msrp + $5k. According to the sales manager, it has always been $5k. So either the sales associate doesn’t know their own prices, or simply lied, wasting months of our time waiting for this car.

Friendly staff, willing to help and go above and beyond to get you taken care of. Both buying and routine services is a breeze. Last year around Aug-2020, I was in-between a few vehicles, I came in to browse their inventory, test drove a couple I liked and left before making a decision. They didn't try to talk me into staying or buying right now. I'm not a fan of gimmicky sales, and I'm sure most would agree, so hats off to you guys for that. A few days went by and I received a text message from my Sales Associate (David Hambrick). He sent some new inventory that they had just received that day and asked me to drop by to check it out. I ended up buying one of the cars he sent! Overall, it was a easy and enjoyable experience. Plus the service staff is great too. I come in for oil and periodic servicing, they get me taken care of and the work is done right. They definitely seem to have a solid team who knows what they're doing.

This place is horrible for both sales and service. When I bought my Honda Element at this location, I brought my own financing. The finance manager tried to get me to sign a second set of finance paperwork and told me "You'll regret the day you did this!" Today, I called for service due to a recall notice. The service employee told me to hang up and go on the web to make my appointment. "It's way easier," he said. I went on the web and entered all my details. When I entered my VIN, it said "no recalls" and wouldn't let me book an appointment. Fowler Honda SUCKS.

My experience at Fowler Honda was wonderful. Zach and Marcus were extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. And such nice guys to boot! I am loving my new ride and would recommend their dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Had to have an emergency repair done during an extended road trip. Taylor, the service rep, immediately identified the problem and got the car right in even though they were busy and it was short notice. Everything was resolved in a few hours and we were on our way. First-class all the way around!

They did me good today, sales team I worked with were all very understanding of the range I set and worked towards my goals instead of pushing me towards something else. Just bought my second car from them and happy both times.

Keith Cozort is rude, misogynistic and does not care about customer safety. Even though my car was displaying symbols he had "never seen in his life," my car was still "fixed" and "ok" to drive off in, with errors the technician couldn't explain to me. Probably because I am a woman and "came at him" with "the wrong kind of attitude for a lady"

They cross threaded my lug nut and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Even after speaking with the service Manager. It went nowhere. He said that if the stud was cross threaded then the stud would have broken. just because the stud didn't break and I went somewhere else to fix it he wouldn't reimburse me.
