Not impressed with the sales staff or management. Don’t advertise a car if it’s not ready to sell. Then after I waited a week for the “title to come in” the car got sold on Saturday after I offered the Manager money Friday to hold it until the title came in. Poor communication on the sales side not impressed.

Fowler's service department is great! I purchased my vehicle in Edmond but live closer to Norman and have taken it there for service when needed. I have recently had issues with my transmission and took my vehicle in on a Saturday with no appointment and they looked at it and came up with a game plan. I was notified on Monday that they assigned me a loaner vehicle and my vehicle was still under powertrain warranty. I love that they have stayed in contact with me and I know what is going on in this process.

The used sales manager was very disrespectful, and non professional. Had incorrect details on a car online, and then got upset after I gave a reasonable offer on the car. Would not recommend going to this dealership!

If you initially have an unsatisfactory experience, I recommend giving them a chance to fix it. A lot of the associates seem eager to help make things better. Scheduling a servicing online is easy, and they accept phone check-ins. They appeared to have a lot of inventory on the lot, and I'm sure the sales reps would be happy to help you find what you need.

I would like to give a shout out to the team at Fowler Honda in Norman. The moment I walked in the door they all made me feel comfortable; from my sales person, Kevin to the sales manager Bill, and Thomas the finance guy along with all the others I encountered. They made sure I was completely satisfied and went above and beyond even after the sale of my Honda Pilot. I had a great experience at Fowler and would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

I would personally recommend people to avoid this dealership. plenty of others out there who will treat you better & be more honest. we kinda were in a bind for a car & went with the first dealer we found a car we wanted. we didn’t plan on buying that day… we essentially got pushed into it. & 3 weeks after buying the car, it’s having issues (to be expected on an old car yes, but this soon?). the finance guy did not even tell us what the finance price was compared to the cash price. didn’t realize until after paperwork was signed (past times we bought from a used dealership & they financed the cash price, but not fowler) that they pinned us with $5k increase on price (we had the money to pay with cash & would have done it if the finance guy did his job correctly & explained that). they simply wanted that extra revenue for the financing. they don’t care about customers, they care about money. they said they would do an ozone treatment bc car smelled awful.. they were out of the product & said they would call when it comes in. they never did. i had to go back up there & request it. ALSO they told me that dealership had the tools & tech needed that they could service the car there at the honda dealership (despite me buying a kia)… go to get service done & they can’t service the kia. go figure. i was lied to again. i will NEVER give them another penny & i greatly regret not being more patient & finding a better dealership.

Awful experience. It took 2 hours to do an oil change. They got at least five people who got there after me finished before me. The guy who sat next to me after I was already there for 30 minutes and who every employee was fawning over and listed off 5 or 6 things he was getting done to his car, he got done before me so they absolutely bumped me to suck up to the big guy. Never coming back here after that. The only reason its two stars instead of one is because the guy who checked me in and out was a nice and pleasant to work with.

I want to start off by saying I didn't buy a car from here but these guys where amazing they stayed with me all the way very close I really liked the new car manger and the sales team they are really professional and have very good aggressive deals on vechiles I am writing this review cause they 100 peerecnt deserve it I hope the next vechile is with these guys for sure they will bend over backwards to sell you a car topnotch sales team and mangers this place was the best I have been too period they called and followed up with me and did everything they could I really appreciate your time and thank you all for helping me with everything I will be back for sure these guys will always have a shot at my business thank you all very much 5 stars all the way

From start to finish, the customer service was great and the answers were honest and professional. I worked with William Simmons and he took care of me in securing a 2025 Type R for purchase and a trade in of my 2022 Si. Communication was clear and easy while I waited for the car’s arrival. I definitely recommend Fowler Honda in Norman!

Bought a 2016 Honda from the norman oklahoma lot and have had nothing but bad experiences when it come to there warranties I would not recommend anybody to ever do business with this car lot or any of honda lots they are garbage

Had to come in late around 5.40pm since the battery was jump started twice for the day.Michael Gibson was so awsome and got me in and out in 20min.Replaced the battery under warrenty as it was just 2 years old and checked my alternator just to make sure it was not bad.Thank you!He deserves a raise for his patience and customer satisfaction even when they were trying to pack up for the day.
