i can’t say enough about how great my experience buying a car was here. i bought a used mazda cx5 grand touring about two weeks ago and i absolutely love it. everyone there: kevin, kenny, johnny, the people in financing, everyone was nice and super helpful. they never once pressured us into anything, and just made everything feel super accommodating and honest. very happy and will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking. thank you guys again.

Called to schedule 80K mile work on my Honda Accord and discuss what other services the manufacture recommended since 100K would be here soon. The Service advisor was caught off guard and could not talk to me about the spark plugs, timing belt and other services I was inquiring about. He sounded so stumped. As soon as I mentioned I needed a rental I was quickly transferred to Debi who was a great help and seemed more informed then the advisor I was talking to. ( I knew this would be a big bill and was prepared) $3100 later... My oil dip stick was left on the car under the windshield wipers, get gas on Sunday and reset my odometer and notice my oil life has not been reset so I look up to check and the oil sticker and what do you know the old oil sticker from Fowler VW was still on my car. I hope I got the oil changed I paid for. I have used several of the Fowler locations for convenience but wondering if I should try another dealer. The details matter. The positive, the advisor I dealt with during my visit has a great personality and was very upbeat.

I had a fantastic experience at Fowler Honda, and I can't recommend them enough! Both Bill in the front office and Pedro in sales were helpful when I bought my Accord, and they were equally helpful when my parents bought their HRV. He was never pushy and always provided informative guidance to make sure we got the right car. If you're in the market for a new Honda, I 100% recommend checking out Fowler Honda.

I contacted them from out of State to purchase a vehicle for my business. Their salesman, David, worked up the deal for me and told me he took the vehicle out of their inventory as sold. I then proceeded to work through the purchase with their credit department, and gave them all of my information. They did a hard check of my credit. I was scheduled to come sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle on Monday morning, and I got a call Saturday at 6:00PM that they sold the vehicle. This shows a real lack of character and it makes me thankful I didn’t make a purchase with this business, however, I am very frustrated that I have a hit on my credit for a vehicle they lied to me about.

Tl/Dr: Fowler hasn’t corrected paint issues they created for well over 2 months and multiple tries. Where do I begin? Bought a 2023 Honda Accord Sport hybrid in mid March 2023. “Free” tint comes with it at a later date. Free, as it’s written into the price. Gets taken to the tint shop early April, if I recall. Comes back with scratches on the trunk and a terrible tint job. Bubbles everywhere in the tint and trash in the vehicle. Contact my salesman immediately, but wait 45 days to see if the bubbles sort themselves out (15 May). They don’t. Take it back to get re-tinted and the scratches fixed. 10 days later, I get the car back. Tint still has bubbles, but is tolerable. Scratches are covered up, but still very noticeable. It also has factory defect paint where the paint is fading under the clear coat. I have around 3500 +/- miles on the vehicle. Said I’m tired of wasting my time bringing the car to you. You can come to me and get the car. Salesman AND sales manager come to my house. I point out the scratches and the faulty paint job. They take the car back to get fixed. This was on July 17. I get a call on Aug 3 that the car is fixed and ready for pick up. Get to the dealership and immediately see that not only were the scratches NOT fixed, but new ones were added. In addition, only the drivers side hood faulty paint was fixed. Not the middle or passenger side, nor the drivers side faulty paint cross member between the front and rear door. Items I pointed out to the sales manager. Service manager comes out to verify the damage and where the paint wasn’t corrected. Service manager said he wasn’t aware of the additional paint faults. Communication breakdown apparently. So, here it is exactly one month since I’ve taken it in to get fixed and it’s still not fixed. I’ve owned the car 5 months and it has been at Honda 2 of those months. 2 months of payments and insurance on a car I haven’t driven and Fowler sitting on their behinds. The service manager texted me on Aug 15 and said they need another week to finish the job. 2 months, 1 week. As I told the sales manager and service manager, once Fowler gets its money from you, you are old news. No need to continue customer service. I have free service for 2 years from Fowler. Maybe Honda. I’m not sure. I will take the vehicle to Battison or Eskridge for service and pay out of pocket before I let Fowler touch my vehicle again. That is, if I ever get my vehicle back. The low rating is for the substandard loaner they gave me, but, half star for he fact that my miles will stay low since it’s sitting gathering dust somewhere in some random shop. Not to mention the substandard work on my vehicle. And that 1 star is the lowest you can go. They’d get 1/2 star if it was possible simply for keeping my miles low. Silver lining is the mileage hasn’t gone up much. Long story short, shop around

My experience with Fowler Honda last month has been a lot. **JOSH is the reason I rated 1 star**. First of all, I appreciate the way Mr David helped out when I was looking for a car due to a severe weather here in OK. Even though the deal he helped me at the beginning wasn’t what I got when I went to the finance, but Mr David did his best which I recommend him when anyone goes over there to shop for a car. Mr David is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5 stars).Secondly, Joshua Rogers(JOSH)in the finance department doesn’t seem to know what he is doing over there. Never go to him even if he is the only finance person available. Infact I regret he attending to me because he will surely always make mistake and later on makes you feel it’s your fault and by the time you know if it’s too late. Please Fowler Honda find something else for this guy JOSHUA ROGERS/JOSH(finance dep) to do because it’s no joke to mess costumers’ finances especially when it comes to a car and it interest(it’s money we talking about). Also, all he could say is “how will I know” well you should find out if you don’t know something so the costumer will be satisfy and not paying something extra after everything.I have so much to say about this guy(JOSHUA ROGERS) and I know I’m not the first costumer to experience this.

I have bought two vehicles here and have never had an issue before today. But I called today because I snapped one of my keys off the fob and wanted another key. The person on the phone told me it would be 124.99….I showed up and told the guy that I had another key at home but wanted this so I would have a spare. It cost $190. Then he told me AFTER as I was leaving that my other key probably wouldn’t work now since he reprogrammed it. I already had one that worked.I wanted to have TWO that worked. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have got it in the first place and I had to pay an extra $65 on top of what I was told. Communication is key and this was obviously not a priority today. Also handed me a long list over 4k worth of stuff wrong with my Odyssey that I bought not that long ago from there. I didn’t come for an inspection. I came just to get a key.

Beware! This company refuses to buy a new vehicle because they claim that the state it’s financed in holds the title, also told me to sale my like new low mileage Honda to car max?Fowler will also sale vehicles using the bank I’m financed with. Never asked me if I have the title, but I have it in hand!Went to the service center 4 days prior and was told that the recall I took it in for wasn’t on my vehicle so they didn’t need fix it , called another dealer and the recall is on my vehicle and have to take it to a different dealer !

Helping my niece by a car and we decided to go here after reading all the great reviews. However, I hate to say it was a disaster. We still ended up with a car, but omg, was it a massive headache and a 3-ring circus to get to finally registering the vehicle 6 weeks later. I don't know what happened in the finance department, but we had redo the contract/ALL the paperwork etc. They had to send a runner to get signatures (which does happen from time to time). It was impossible to get a call back from just about anyone, unfortunately email/text response weren't any better. Left messages with Finance Director and General Manager and never heard a thing (if they did call, they never left a voicemail). The negotiations/price and trade-in value were fine, but after that it went downhill. Honda finance, who held the original loan on the trade-in, said the transaction wasn't handled properly (I'm not sure how, secondhand info), but i truly wouldn't be surprised. It kinda felt like they rushed it through, which made me feel like they were trying to get rid of a clunker or something. The car is still going, so prob not that, but I'm def not going through this again. Sorry for the negativity, it's just what happened and everyone seemed like it was standard operating procedure, so idk. Just really a horrible experience and I feel a little guilty for dragging my niece through it.

After visiting numerous Honda’s throughout OK. My wife and I landed in Fowler Honda and walked out with a new car. David, Pedro, Bill and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and gave us a great experience! Definitely recommend.

I have had my Honda serviced here for 4 years now. My wife and I recently bought a new HRV and the maintenance (basic oil change and tire rotation) are included for 24 months. I just had my first one and all I did was sign. I have never been pressured here on repairs or filters. I’m impressed at the level of service here.

I just bought my 2023 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid at Fowler Honda in May. If you want a good price and great service, just skip other dealerships and contact Fowler Honda. They did not add crazy markup fee like other dealerships in Oklahoma. Other dealerships asked me for $3000-$10000 markup fees. Ryan Frey was the salesman for my car. He is amazing. He could get me exactly what I asked for from the colors to additional parts. No hassle or anything. He patiently and professionally answered all of my questions. Fowler Honda has a great staff. Lori Keen is the finance director. She went above and beyond to help me get the best APR. She was extremely helpful and super friendly. Everyone at Fowler is amazing. When Ryan Frey was on vacation, the sales manager Kenny Evans answered my questions right away. Fowler Honda would make sure you are well taken care of. The whole buying process was very smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a Honda car. I will definitely go back to Fowler for our family's next Honda car.

Fantastic dealership, worth the drive!I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle from the staff at Fowler Honda. My salesperson Johnny and his manager Kenny made sure we were taken care of and they were transparent through the process. I drove from out of state to make this purchase and the way I was treated confirmed that I made the right decision. The great experience continued as I met with finance manager Matthew Knight. He made sure all the required paperwork was completed and was pleasant to visit with while I completed my purchase. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you really owe it to yourself to visit the professional and courteous staff at Fowler Honda. They really go above and beyond to make your car buying experience much better than any other you have experienced.
