If you buy a vehicle from here don't i repeat DON'T get the GAP insurance my husband truck got totaled they use a 3rd party GAP company it took over a year to get it handled we were advised to don't make any more payments it ended up in collections without any communication with us we knew we were going to have to cover what GAP doesn't and we were prepared for that but we ended up having to pay the collections agency since this place sent it to collections me and my husband's credit score was well over 700s and that going to collections took it down to mid 500s we worked really hard to get our credit up to buy a house and now we are in a worse position and NO ONE is helping us or communicating stay away from the GAP

I went there looking for a Tacoma, and I want to give Micah a big shout out !! He bent over backwards trying to get me the deal I was looking for but my situation just wouldnt allow it at the moment. It was definitely no fault of Micah or Fowler Toyota of Norman. Everyone there was kind, welcoming, honest and up front. We were there until well after closing time trying to get the numbers I could fit into. Micah and his team truly went the extra mile for me and i truly appreciate that. My situation is good, just not where it needed to be for the deal and vehicle I was after. 10 stars for these guys if i could !!! If youre shopping Toyota, go see Micah at Fowler !!!!

Unfortunately I no longer recommend fowler. We text our usual guy at fowler to help my husband find a new vehicle. We decided against a truck due to too high of payments. All good. We ended up with a used 2018 rav 4. We loved it. Payments were where we needed it. Almost a month later we get a call from fiance who said that our bank didnt approve the loan and they had to go w someone else but Payments were gonna be almost 100 more. He ran that past us so quick and was trying to get us to sign off quick. I said no. We agreed and signed on this paperwork and price. They ended up having the salesman call me and he talked to me like I was a child. At this point I was pissed. They want us to come in asap. We have a toddler. That's hard to do last minute. But we did. Finally they tell us the Payments only went up by about 40$ . We signed. But this whole ordeal was awful. They have not only lost our business but my extended family as well. We will go to your competitor next time.

Our original intention was to test drive Toyota RAV4, end up buying this vehicle. Friendly sales person, great sales manager sealed the deal. We feel confidence to buy vehicle from here. This is one of the kind dealership. Gift shop has so many things to offer, Parts is located inside the shop, so unexpected and cute. cafe has simple breakfast and sandwiches. Complementary snacks, the whole lobby decorated so friendly and welcome.

Bought a 2011 Tundra, love the truck, Justin was also a great salesman.
Paid out of pocket for said truck, took almost a week before I could drive it off the lot?
Was told that it needs to go through reconditioning. Main hold up was a particular part for the drivers seat. Waited a few extra days and when it was released to me it wasn’t even replaced.
Also… once I got it home it popped a check engine light.. Turned out to be a sensor that went bad and the dealership did own this and fix this.
Did put me in a “risk rental” for 2 out of the several days I waited, which was appreciated. The 2025 Tundra was a fun ride.
The overall vibe was disorganized.
Received an email about a trade offer, to which I responded and considered entertaining but I paid 17k in August of 2025 and was implied 8-10k TRADE value in the exact same condition I bought it in.
Pretty disappointed in the overall experience I had. But not everything was bad about it.

I recently took my car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. They did a great job and it was quick. I enjoyed the waiting area, free wifi and shopping in the gift shop. I left and had an accident right in front of the dealership. Someone came and checked on us. After dealing with that, I went back in and they helped me secure my bumper with zip ties and said it would be safe to drive home, which was over an hour away. They were great, went above and beyond and helped me so much.

Had a recall on our Toyota. They took care of the recall and even washed it for us! They earned our trust. In and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I recently moved to Mustang, Oklahoma from Las Vegas , Nevada for early retirement. My son suggested Fowler Toyota for Service and we dropped off my 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser for oil change , other services , and inspection. Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative.
He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn’t want to do at this time with prices for each item. It’s not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced.
I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn’t tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would’ve came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would’ve crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable !
So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400.
Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it’s good to know someone who already knows about those places. I’ll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.

Not impressed with the gift shop manager who insulted me when shopping. Said she thought my bracelet was a cheap copy (her exact words) which it isnt. Even if it was, how rude.

Tyler is the salesman you want! I had such a pleasant truck buying experience with him. I never felt pressured and he was very straight forward. He even remembered a month after the sale that I wanted a front vanity plate holder and found me one!
Not only was the buying experience pleasant, but I was also done with the whole process in about two hours. That is in large part thanks to Matt in finance who was quick with the process and friendly throughout. I can't tell you the last time I spent that little time buying a vehicle. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

The service director, Larry, and Brian, the associate who took care of me, went above and beyond to help me when I had a tire break down. They really prioritized my safety and went far out of their way to get me back on the road even though I have never even been serviced by their company. I would give more stars if I could. When I’m in the market for a new car, I will definitely be back after the amazing service I received.

Any automobile purchased from Fowler and connected brands should be independently checked for damages PRIOR to purchase. Please ensure that your car was not wrecked and sold as new.

I believe I may have paid a little bit too much for my used vehicle but it was premium less than 28,000 mi for a 2019 used Jeep renegade didn't have my glasses that day and went through the paperwork and make sure you pay attention because there are things like gap insurance and all that I was not really interested in getting but ended up signing a paper sales people are honest and helpful but when you go to the finance people pay attention because they'll try to get you to buy things that really are just extras that you shouldn't even bother to spend your money on
