Outstanding customer service. Looking out for you more than standing on the date of your warranty. Willing to go the extra mile to do the right thing. Strongly recommend the dealer for sales or service.

The Service Department is the worst! After our last service, I got home and checked things under the hood - OIL EVERYWHERE! Very sloppy work and don't bother complaining because they can't keep a service manager to save their life! This place has gone downhill fast. Go to OKC Volkswagen, you'll thank me later!

Helped my son with a repair to his Passat. Car wouldn't start. Dropped it off and asked to check battery or alternator. They contacted my son, said battery was bad. Could replace and reset for a little more than $300. Replaced battery then some trouble lights came on. Contacted my son and said they could check the trouble lights for an additional $160. Told them he didn't understand why they would charge an additional fee for a problem that didn't exist until they got the car. They agreed to check the lights without the fee, and told him the alternator was bad. Also, told him they needed to replace a fuse for an additional $100+ that wasn't bad when we took the car in. Not sure why they wouldn't have told us this upon the first inspection. Said there was a national shortage on original VW alternators, but they could do an aftermarket part for an additional $1068 (part was $650 with the remainder being labor). Thought that was high, but agreed nonetheless. Installed aftermarket part, then notified us to say they purchased the wrong part, and it wouldn't work. They told my son it was their fault, and they "would make it right". Called again to say they could get the original part after all. When car was ready, they let us know. Went in and was presented with a bill for a little less than $2,000 for a battery and alternator. Original estimate was around $1500 with tax. Asked about the significant increase. They couldn't provide a satisfactory response to justify the increase. After all was said and done, we went in for a battery, waited almost two weeks (one of those days was a holiday), and had to replace a fuse we believe they damaged, two alternators (only paid for one), and were charged almost $500 more than we were told it would cost. The whole episode had us feeling very bad about the experience. It was as if they were trying to add to the invoice with every call, and they didn't seem to have a good grasp on what they were doing. At best, they are uninformed mechanics searching for a solution to a problem. At worst, they are unscrupulous business people with questionable business practices. I used the experience to educate my son about dealing with poor business people who only have their best interest at heart. It cost a lot for the education, but at least I know they won't get the chance to do it to us again.

Incompetent and shady service department. Avoid this place like the plague! They don't do repairs correctly and then when you have to take it back they want thousands to fix something THEY caused.

I have had nothing but good experiences so far. Called to get an oil change and found out my first three are covered, free of charge! I bought a 2022 Taos here and the process was great, nice people. I even got a college discount. The customer service on the phones has always been good. Fair pricing as well. I love my Taos so far! Almost 10,000 miles driven. I definitely recommend Fowler Volkwagon. This is not sponsored, just thought I would help out the ratings.

Don't buy cars from Fowler Volkswagon of Norman They are liars ,deceitful and do shady business. The sales manager Chaz is even worse making excuses and not really taking accountability. Very shameful.

Why driving to okc for work, I hit a piece of debris sent into my path by a big rig. I brought it to Fowler to check for damage and repair anything necessary. My service advisor was Lindsay and she was great. A kind, upfront and honest person. After the tech Blake preformed a multi point inspection, they informed me that there was minor damage to the lower protector pan and gave me a quote. I decided that it was not necessary to replace and they were very honest about the necessity of the repair. I will be going there in the future

For one of our hail repair projects, we ordered over 600 parts from windshields to moldings and they handled everything on point. Top Notch service. Thanks for the incredible service!

I brought my car in to have the oil change on Saturday despite my previous experience at this location where they left my oil cap off, causing the oil to splash up all under my hood and causing my car to smoke. After I left this location Saturday I just went straight home (45min away). On Sunday I made a trip to Tulsa and upon coming home, I noticed my car was smoking. My mind went straight to "oh great did they leave the cap off AGAIN?" Yup. Open the hood, cap is positioned snugly next to the oil opening and oil is splashed yet again. I waited until Tuesday to call due to it being 10:30pm on a Sunday and Monday being Labor Day. I called and pressed the service department and ended up on the service manager's (Renee's) voicemail. I left her a voicemail explaining my situation and requesting a refund as this is the second occurrence (I didn't ask nor receive a refund for the first incident). I did not receive a call back from Renee and called back on Wednesday. She assured me that there was no way possible this could have happened to me because she has in my notes that only a "certified tech" can work on my car due to this happening once before. I reassured her I have no interest in removing my oil cap to make my car splash oil everywhere... poor call and poor customer service. During this call, Renee never once apologized for my experience or offer reassurance that she would work towards a resolution. I had to tell her to review her camera footage to prove to her they in fact did not put the cap back on. She said she would review the footage Thursday AM and call me back in the afternoon. I advised if no contact was made by 2pm Thursday that I would reach out because she wouldn't give me her direct line or extension. I called back today at 3pm and was transferred all over because I kept being sent to her voicemail. Imagine that. I finally got a hold of an individual here who was extremely understanding and he advised the GM, Chas would reach out to me. While waiting for Chas to reach out, Renee calls me and advised she is unable to see it on her camera footage due to not being able to zoom in but if she had enough staff in the morning (Friday), she would come to my location to inspect the vehicle. After my call with Renee, Chas called me and assured me him and Renee both reviewed the footage and due to the height of the cameras, they were unable to conclude whether or not the tech put the cap back on but that after review of the vehicle in person they could replace the oil and refund me if they deemed it to be splashed under the hood as I mentioned. Due to not wanting to be without my vehicle tomorrow, I drove up here tonight to have them take care of it. I arrived at 5:15pm and Chas came to look at the vehicle. He told the service rep to have the oil replaced, the splash cleaned up, and to refund my money. An hour later I was told the car was ready. I hopped in and drove off. I then pull into a parking lot and open the hood to see the oil splash is still all over the engine?!?! As I am typing this, the service rep is cleaning the oil out because the tech who replaced the oil failed to do this. Lack of care for the customer or their frustrations, extremely hard to stay in touch with, and does not pay attention to details. Adding this location to the list of locations to not return to. Thank you Fowler Volkswagen, I wish I could say it has been a great experience.

So far they have been great to deal with only had a problem with the price quoted from the sales person which was quite a bit less than the first paperwork presented. They honored the original quote and thoroughly took care of the damage to the vehicle from being a loaner so we are pleased. The manager, Chaz the service manager and Skyler the finance guy were great through the buying process.

Have taken my car here 5+ times and every single time I take my car in the earliest possible around 7-8 am and they don't call me all day and I have to call them right before they close to get any information on my car that I was supposed to get a call back from HOURS ago. Its every time. This place's customer service is the absolute worst I've seen with a dealership.

I had a great experience here purchasing a new vehicle. They were friendly and fair. Hollie Ann was very laid back, and everyone else we dealt with was professional and helpful. They had to find the vehicle I wanted and bring it in since they didn't have one on the lot. But, they allowed me to drive a loaner until it was here. Great customer service, and great staff.

I was belittled and oppressed so far as the police had to come and retrieve my property from Larry clinkenbeard. I had a mechanics contract that I agreed to for an oil change and a tire rotation. This was scheduled at 815 am. At 1215 pm they had not even started to pull my car into the bay when master overlord Larry used his power to suppress my speach because I asked what they were wearing. I guess if I need to know if they are wearing a mask I should learn new vernaculars. Because he said they way I speak wasn't professional and I needed to not speak in such latent terms. Once again going against my civil rights... funny how there will be no repercussion from his tyrant leadership. He said and I quote "Halston, This is Larry Clinkenbeard the service manager. We will not be servicing your vehicle and you need to come and pick it up without incident." Without incident, now as Larry has clearly stated my multisyllabic vocabulary is not par, so I defined this as, " with out occurrence" as I arrive to pick up my car with the police escort, he blatantly lied.... they had taken my car and tampered with it. Once again an illegal action, not the lying to me oh behalf of Fowler, but the tampering of a motor vehicle with out consent thst is also illegal. So it is clear and obvious that the standard operating procedure of this establishment is based on illegal activity's and to scam and slam... be very cautious if you are a minority. You Weill be oppressed.

Inquired about a cpo was told by the rep on the phone available and they would negotiate on the price. Drove up next day, waste of time. These guys are the typical car salesmen and wouldn't concede 1 dollar. These cars they have had 90+ days. Quite smug group of guys. Would not recommend to anyone spend your cash elsewhere.

My car had to have a lock cylinder replaced which I recently found out is an extremely common break in my year model Jetta. I had my car towed up there on a flat bed and there was no alignment issues at all or lights on in my vehicle I got it back today after paying and my wheel is completely sideways while straight. I also have several dash lights on now including my airbag light. And my car is unlocking and locking while I'm in and out of my car. They tried telling me that the tow truck driver did it until I said it was on a flat bed. But my lawyer will be in touch shortly. Horrible Customer service. Will 10/10 take all your money and leave you with more issues than you had before. Not to mention I just had 4 new tires and an alignment in December.
