I really enjoyed the entire experience with Vowler. I appreciate that I was able to come test drive without the pressure to buy the car right then and there. They’re the only dealership that hasn’t been nasty about me coming to SOLEY test drive and leave.Communication was kept between visits and the professionalism and respect were the reasons I came back to eventually purchase a vehicle.Ben (salesman), Randy (used car manager), Lori (finance), and Chas (general manager) were all fantastic. I can’t say that enough!

My online inquiry was answered by Ish. He quickly sent me several options to explore. He went above and beyond all customer service expectations before I even arrived at the dealership. Ish is very knowledgeable. He was able to carefully explain and highlight all of the vehicles features. He patiently answered every question and assisted me in comparing different VW models both online and in person. Ish was very attentive and paid close attention to every detail. To my surprise, his outstanding customer service did not end after my purchase, even while on vacation he followed-up to make sure I was enjoying my new Atlas.I was also very impressed with how well the entire team works and supports each other. Everyone at Fowler VW was genuine and their endearing hospitality made me feel very welcome and at ease. It is because of Ish and the Fowler VW team, my purchasing experience was a very pleasant and easy adventure. I look forward to future purchases with the Fowler VW dealership.

Simply put we drive from Yukon to Norman to give our business to Fowler. We are literally 3 miles from the VW dealership in OKC and STILL drive to Norman for service. They are fast, friendly and competent. We had an issue with our vehicle and took it to OKC VW and after $300 the problem persisted. During the checkin process at Fowler the tech immediately identified the issue and it was resolved. We started with Fowler in their service department and based on that experience we recently purchased our 24 Atlas and the sales experience was painless. You can’t go wrong with these folks!

The service intake reps where friendly and helpful. The service center was spacious, appeared to be clean, and had the necessities needed while waiting. The only drawback is that the chairs need to be cleaned and/or replaced and snacks are no longer being provided. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there.Also, some way, some how, my appointment was canceled 36 minutes before my arrival.

When I was there I got a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta sport Micheal was a great sales person to deal with very kind professional and informing! They well passed my expectations very great people don’t know any other car dealers that treat you the same way through the process. Chaz and Randy where also very helpful and informing this place really takes care of there customers like family and you cant go wrong with Volkswagen I would recommend 100%. When it’s time for me to get another car you can guarantee I will be back.10/10 service they go above and beyond. And finance gets you right out the door Govea you a hard drive with all your paperwork on it and gets you going right away!!

Dusty the internet director and Ish the car saleman were fantastic! They found the exact 2024 Tiguan I wanted, gave me a fair trade price for my 2019 Tiguan. It took less than an hour to be in and out which was amazing! Highly recommend Dusty and Ish to work with on your next VW!

Ben was a pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond to make our buying experience great. There were a few cosmetic issues with the Tiguan and made sure everything thing on my list was fixed. All and all I would buy from Volkswagen again

Great service! You were organized and you got me to n and out. When my emblem came off you didn’t question me about it, you replaced and knew how to put it on. I normally go to the VW Service Center in Oklahoma City since that is where I purchased it they have fallen down over the years and have changed hands I believe three times. I could get an appointment to get my oil changed or for them to look at my vehicle. I was told that we can take your number and we call you back but they never did. I don’t think I will be going back there and I live in Oklahoma City. You guys were very professional and punctual with my service. Thank you.

When my 2019 Atlas wouldn't start, I was expecting to call and get the level of VW service I experienced when I was purchased the car. However, I was quickly reminded that the level of service I expected was unique to Round Rock, TX. Norman dealership made it almost impossible for me to get help. I originally called and was met with 'you will have to find a way to get it to us via tow truck, it will cost $200 just to be examined and I don't know how quickly I can get you in.' When I tried calling again to ask for a loaner, appointment, etc. I couldn't get anyone to pick up my phone call for over an hour. Once I got an answer, empty promises were made that I would be contacted first thing in the AM. The next morning came, no phone call. I decided to jumpstart my car and drop in without an appointment. After two hours, over 1k in found issues (only battery was required to be replaced everything else was strongly recommended), I was told that nothing that my car needed was covered under warranty even though I was sold 'bumper to bumper coverage' because of natural wear and tear. If you ask me, that normal wear and tear could be used for almost anything. I will not be returning to Fowler Norman for more repairs and the days owning my Atlas are numbered. This dealership has ruined over 4 years of raving and loving my SUV. I will no longer buy VW from this one service experience.

I just bought a new 2024 VW and the windshield cracked. I called to make an appt. and it rang several times before I was sent to a voicemail. I left message - no return call. I called again the next day, first got someone in sales, who transferred me to parts. I explained and he said he would have to order the replacement and that it would take two days to get. I agreed and asked to schedule, which he then said, no I would need to contact the service department (he was parts). Transferred me and again, rang several time and then sent to the same voicemail, which again, never returned my call. Not getting a warm fuzzy about this place for servicing!

The best car buying experience we have had! I dreaded buying a car because of past experiences with dealerships but the salesman Michael, the sales manager Chris, and Nic in finance made it so smooth and were so kind and honest. They were so helpful with anything I needed. I have never felt so at ease at a dealership. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and recommend them to anyone.

service department doesn't want to pay for the brakes they messed up. expected me to pay over $300 because they used non factory pads on my car and broke a sensor in the process. they can't seem to answer a phone call either. messages mean nothing to them and neither does customer loyalty. worst service department i've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with.
