We have a Geek Squad annual contract for $199. Took laptop to GS today with no appointment. They were not busy so tech started working on lp. I explained issue. Was told if someone w/appt came in would have to stop and take care of appt. After 15 min of numerous attempts was told we should make appt and come back another day. Read how to fix on different lp at home & fixed myself. Guess I'll save $199 next year.

Apple Support scheduled a screen replacement appointment for me at 5:40 PM, two days in advance. The confirmation stated the repair would take approximately 20 minutes. I arrived early at 5:15 PM and checked in at the Geek Squad counter. After waiting for a while, someone finally came over and informed me that their technician was finishing up work on another phone—which was understandable since I was early.
However, he then told me that the repair could take up to 2 hours, and because the store closes at 7 PM, I might need to leave my phone overnight. I confirmed we were still discussing a simple screen replacement, and he said yes.
I asked why appointments are scheduled within the last two hours of the day if the service might require more time than that. He told me he didn’t have control over the scheduling system.

I came in because I accidentally gave myself a virus on my laptop this morning- the guy was very helpful! I didn’t catch his name but really appreciated his help!

My appointment was for 6:40 p.m. fr geek squad. I arrived shortly after 6 and they made me wait since someone was scheduled for 6:20. When they didn't show I asked to be served and was told to wait until my appointment time.

Have used, Geek Squad three different times, due to issues I've had with my laptop. And they have been very helpful and successful in fixing my problems and keeping my old laptop running.

I tried calling the store. I couldn't even talk to a person at the store... They sent me to a call center and refused to transfer me to the actual store.

We got a tv from there. Helpful, friendly, and professional folks. Of course, like anything, I recommend going with knowledge on what it is you're buying and, I hope, you'll have a informative conversation, ultimately making your decision on what or what not to purchase more informed.

CHELSEA AND CALEB SAVED MY LIFE TODAY!!!! My laptop would not turn on and they were able to get it fixed so fast!!! Chelsea was so nice and helpful!! I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I would definitely come back again if I needed help!!! Please pay them more!!!!

I don't usually write reviews, or comment on anything on the internet, but I felt this needed to be put out there. I had a little mishap and ended up in the lake with my iphone in my pocket (big surprise right?). I had insurance on it and of course making the claim was problematic, but the folks at the Norman Best Buy really helped. I want to say that JR, one of the managers, still understands and promotes the idea of customer service like I have rarely seen in years. He really went above and beyond to assist me, and El, another employee at the customer service desk, was right there watching everything he was doing. It is obvious that at least these two employees really care and should not be overlooked by their employer.

Almost always a good experience. I went in for a repair I missed in January but found out my motherboard was bad. Not what I wanted to hear but they were able to tell me what was wrong and options moving forward.
