We got a tv from there. Helpful, friendly, and professional folks. Of course, like anything, I recommend going with knowledge on what it is you're buying and, I hope, you'll have a informative conversation, ultimately making your decision on what or what not to purchase more informed.

I don't usually write reviews, or comment on anything on the internet, but I felt this needed to be put out there. I had a little mishap and ended up in the lake with my iphone in my pocket (big surprise right?). I had insurance on it and of course making the claim was problematic, but the folks at the Norman Best Buy really helped. I want to say that JR, one of the managers, still understands and promotes the idea of customer service like I have rarely seen in years. He really went above and beyond to assist me, and El, another employee at the customer service desk, was right there watching everything he was doing. It is obvious that at least these two employees really care and should not be overlooked by their employer.

Almost always a good experience. I went in for a repair I missed in January but found out my motherboard was bad. Not what I wanted to hear but they were able to tell me what was wrong and options moving forward.

I was told that the Norman Best Buy is the best place to get the remote car starter purchased at an OKC Best Buy installed. It was worth the drive. The installation didn't take as long as they said, which is always nice. They took the time to explain what the remote did and let me try it out on site to make sure I felt comfortable. I did shop the store while waiting and found that on that day and time all the staff knew what they were doing and were helpful and friendly.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the supervisor that Skyler Hoffstatter is!! What an amazing, customer-service oriented individual! I had the opportunity to work with him on two different occasions and he is an absolute asset to your location. Please take care of him and make sure he knows he is appreciated.

Purchased a the Total Tech membership from The Norman Best Buy thing it was going to be a time saver. Well I was wrong about being a time saver I have spent hours on the phone trying to get Speakers installed, Thermostats installed, Ring System installed and my new wifi system hooked up to my ring system. No one can seem to schedule to have all these items taken care of. This house is near Norman close to my daughter and grand children. I fly 1300 miles to reach this house and schedule with Best Buy appointments for the days when I am here. Best buy will cancel the preset appointments or the techs say they can't install that product. On 9/4/21 Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator ordered and installed later in October on my next trip. 1/7 ring doorbell installed during my next trip as I was waiting on Ring Camera System delivery, 1/10/21 Cancelled return flight waiting on Camera install by BB subcontractor. 1/12 BB Contractor installed 6 camera Ring system that did not cover all areas due to WIFI issue (need Booster). BB Subcontractor tried to install Thermostats but could not do. 1/14 had to fly out with out being able to monitor critical area of house and temperature of house due to Best Buy error. On 4/3/21 flew back out to meet Best Buy to finish installations on preset appointments for 4/8 and 4/11. I was called by Joshua Johnson the Total Tech Service Rep about the WIFI Booster that the sales person recommended and suggested a better one, so I went with it. He installed it but said he could not hook my ring system to it as someone who is licensed would have to do it ? While Joshua was here another Best Buy bow truck shows up and delivers two more Ring cameras with 6 new solar panels that I was going to have them swap out. Great Day !! I thought.... I was then told they could not install the panels or touch any cameras or get them on line as they weren't licensed. What was the use ? I then got a text from Best Buy canceling my Monday appointment on 4/11....GREAT !! Best Buy NEEDS TO START COVERING MY FLIGHTS !! Drove to Norman Store to talk to General Manager and did and was passed off to Justin Martin the Geek Squad Manager who I explained what was happening again (total time on phone with BB customer service was almost 3 hours with NO results to date). So far no real results and waiting for concrete answers and It looks like I am going to have to cancel my return flight AGAIN costing me more time and money. Looking into hiring my own audio tech and HVAC tech which will cost even more..... not sure of the value of Total Tech. Not Happy, Ken

It's a shame Mary C is such a hateful fake Christian. It's just a mask, honey. Not a bio-hazard suit. I'd rather not ever see Mary in that store. People like her are scary. Serial killer type. I have had no issues with this store and I've been in there many times. She's just a whiny baby. Probably turned down for credit and now she's butt-hurt. Try Babies R Us, Mary C.

Review of Geek Squad: F Usually I go by the adage of, "If you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything." I hope the following failures are corrected in the future in case the person needing help setting up a new iPad to sync with their existing iPhone and doesn't happen to have a friend to do all the truly necessary things the Geek Squad didn't. I was the friend that made the following corrections: It's ALWAYS important to set up the iPad so that it coordinates with one's iPhone; that's the beauty of the Apple system. What didn't happen was my friend's new iPad was NOT set up with "Find My" by putting the app on the iPad nor syncing it in the iCloud Settings. This is fundamental when you have two devices so that one can always tell you where the other is and can help you find it. Secondly "Messages" was not synced in Settings so that whatever texts one receives on the iPhone are also received on the iPad (Text Message Forwarding). Similarly the "Send as SMS" in Settings always needs to be on so that both iPhone and iPad receive ALL texts, i.e., Android and doctor & dentist texts. Along the same theme, under "iPhone" in Settings on the iPhone, "Calls on other devices" needs to be turned on so that one can make and receive phone calls on the iPad. I hope the person in charge trains the Geek Squad going forward in the basics in setting up a new iPad to fully take advantage of how beautifully it syncs and augments the iPhone with ALL functions working. They are not two separate devices but two devices within one iCloud system that work seamlessly together.
