June 2025 by Jordan Pringle
After getting hired on in early 2023, I worked my way up to a lead teacher position in a classroom that they were struggling to hire for. During this time, I built up several close friendships with my students parents and had a multitude of kind reviews given to me regarding my work ethic and performance. The job was wonderful, my coworkers were wonderful, my boss was wonderful. Things were bliss as far as a workplace is concerned. When my director went on maternity leave, the entire center was lost. We began to lose staff and struggled to keep our ratios within legal range, but we were making it by. In May of 2025, I began court proceedings with my youngest child’s dad and my schedule changed considerably, but not enough to affect my job or classroom. After having all of my time off and schedule changes reviewed and approved in late March/ Early April, we lost more staff and started to struggle to accommodate people’s requested schedules. Yesterday, May 30th, I received a text from my boss demoting me and citing my hours as being the reason. I decided to plead reason with my boss, stating that this would negatively impact my class and students more so than my schedule would. I then received a text of termination of employment under the grounds that I had been the reason for children being withdrawn from the program, poor performance and misconduct. None of which I had been formally addressed about prior to this text. I was then threatened legal action if I spoke any defaming remarks against the company and refused reasoning behind my dismissal. All of this is provable and I have read the laws on defamation cases, which state that my remarks have to be proven untrue and SLAAP (?) laws prohibit my former employer from taking frivolous legal action against my freedom of speech.
This place is a wonderful place to work… if you have no voice for yourself.
Thank you for my time with this company and I hope that readers take heed of their business practices. Because they’re a nonprofit and you can not collect any form of monetary help if they decide to fire you out of the blue.
With love- Jordan Pringle

I love this place so much, I almost want to gatekeep it. I'm so thankful I found this place for daycare. It's clean, the staff is great, you're always informed, my baby loves it here. It most definitely does not seem like a typical daycare.

My daughter has been attending GoKids since she was a year old and absolutely loves her friends and the teachers there. They use the brightwheel app so I get pictures of her and updates about her activities throughout the day. I can also easily communicate directly with her teacher quickly. I'm addition to the centers, arts & crafts, and play time, GoKids also provides other activities. During the summer the kids have water play days, sno cones, there are picture days, and dance class they can attend. I am beyond pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the place, and the way it's run.

My child has been at GO Kids since he was 3 month old and is now in the preschool. We have had a great experience and I would recommend the center to anyone and everyone. There are a number of amazing teachers (Ms. Michelle, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Ada, Ms. Ryan, Ms. Julianna, and Ms. Christie just to name a few!). The directors Teresa and Jaime are very accommodating and prompt to handle any questions or concerns. It's a beautiful, clean location. We love Go Kids.

My child got hand foot mouth disease from this place! I paid for 3 days in advance for him to attend and they wouldn't give me a refund even though I called and told them he got it from their facility! I would NOT RECOMMEND taking your child to this establishment!

Very hectic place. Only had my child for two weeks because I didn’t like the way they ran the place. Children to teacher ratio was always way off when I would pick up and drop off. I signed a medication slip to authorize them to give medicine to my son and they didn’t give him the medicine that day. The food choices are horrible (breakfast: half a slice of white toast with cheese on top one day and a GOGURT another day). What kind of nutrition is that? Lunch options are very snacky and they never seem to use bibs so my sons clothes would get filthy so quick that I would have to physically put one on him before leaving in the mornings (which they would leave on him all day). The staff is not very friendly or personable. Morning drop offs were Awkward with staff not talking to you and hectic with screaming kids all over not being attended to. Few times we picked up my son early and teacher was on cellphone sitting down while my son was screaming in the corner. Hygiene is not a top priority there at all. Within those two weeks of my son there he managed to get a cold, two ear infections, pink eye, and Allergic reaction (he is typically very normal without any issues). And let’s mention how on his first day he gets bit TWICE on two different incidents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very lax, careless, and not friendly. There were so many different “teachers” everyday in the room and it was not consistent. For reference my son was in the toddler room for 1 year olds.
