I'm a professional and thrifting is fun for me. TODAY, I witnessed staff being blatantly rude to an older lady shopping in this particular store. Not just one employee but multiple. Moral is lacking at this location. It's quite disgusting and disappointing for lack of decency. If you don't like your job go elsewhere.

If you're trans, avoid this place. My girlfriend went to this blonde guy with glasses to ask to open the restroom and he opened the men's restroom even tho my girlfriend is clearly a woman, and then he stood and kept watching it like he was the restroom police and his manager came and he started to talk about how my girlfriend probably shouldn't be in there. Don't treat customers like this if you actually want to have customers.

Store is absolutely disgusting. Then I bring an item up to the front to pay and it won't scan. The store manager looks at it and says oh no this cant be sold its to valuable to do at this price. They are going to swnd it back to sell online and won't honor the sticker price. How disgusting everything wad and you find one decent thing and they snatch it out of your hands. It had a price and just because the manager MYRA decides its worth more money they literally take it away to sell online. STOP DONATING TO THIS GREEDWILL, look at there Financials. Almost no money goes to non profit beneficiaries and it all goes to corporate managers.

Probably one of the worst goodwill I have been too. The aisles were way to small only fits one cart and a person without a cart at the same time. VERY VERY DUSTY. I know it’s a goodwill but why is it more dusty than normal. Kept sneezing and coughing because of all the dust. The layout is kinda confusing. But really was the nail in the coffin was the wait time. This specific goodwill I guess is super picky about their employees because no one was there and I applied and couple of people I know applied to here but the don’t hire anybody. But there was only one cashier. And the one cashier took FOREVER because she is too busy talking up a storm. The lady just bought a ton of shot glasses and was trying to load the box but she wasent even loading the box it was a whole different guy. I guess she doesn’t like her job idk. I don’t know what’s so hard about putting a lot glasses in a box that she can’t even do it herself Anyway I just put my stuff back because I wanted to leave so bad from all the dust I felt like I could breath.

They need to lower their prices, especially on things that are dirty and couldn't sell at a garage sale. Some of the prices border on ridiculous, while their ceo's rack in six figures.

They purposely don’t give you a receipt here so you can’t get your money back on clothes. My fiancé went in twice and bought 30 dollars worth of pants. They said we can “exchange” them. The tags aren’t even off of them. It’s a crazy scam to me. Like no I don’t want to exchange them I bought 5 different sizes and none of them fit. Mind you they were all bought TODAY like same day. Just 20 minutes ago for 2 pairs. But still can’t get my money back. Just a crappy exchange
