The stylists need to learn to measure. A few years ago I went and asked for 2-3 inches cut off. The stylist did 6 inches. Went again after 2.5 years and said I wanted 2-3 inches off. The stylist cut off a foot. Not happy.

Easy to check in on the app but if the employees don't stop what they're doing and check you in on the computer once you arrive, they'll skip you without even asking.

My husband has been growing hair out for a year and went here to get hair trimmed mostly the top as back was growing out day before Thanksgiving. Told the stylist did not want back touched just the top. She picked up trimmer and went straight up the back. He said you just didnt cut the back did you she said yes and went and got manager. Manager said its bad there is no way to fix it going to have to cut it all. She said im not gonna charge you for today and will give you 3 free hair cuts. We called corporate and they notified manager who was VERRRRRRY RUDE and laughed on phone like it was funny. Called corporate again and finally owner called and said i own another location and please give us another chance 3 free haircuts good that location to. Realllly going to be a while before need haircut and 3 free cuts is like laughing at someone who just got years worth growth cut off. And absolutely will never ever go to any location this owner has. And as for the one that cut his hair was told by owner they were going to get stylist more training. Wow should of had that before was cutting hair there. So i guess its like a training store should think before going there.
