The only downsides noted were the time-consuming process of using coupons and some issues with the tax exemption process at certain stores.

Great place to find the tools you need at a great price. And a bunch of there stuff has warranties. Been coming to this location since I was 13. And they always come through for what I need!

Didn't have in stock what the website said they did. They were friendly. Seems like this store particularly depends on who is working. Some employees are awesome friendly and helpful, others not so much.
