The staff is always great, quick to get me in and taken care of. I drive all the way down to that locations from North OKC. Trust them a ton.

The shop and the area around the shop is clean and well kept. Plenty of parking but it can get kind of tight and busy, lot of through traffic.
It was easy to get my car in, the employ checking me in was very courteous and polite. He was very knowledgeable in asking for pertinent information regarding my trouble to help the mechanic know what to look for.
During my repair they kept me well informed of everything being done and what is would cost. When it was done I knew exactly what to expect cost wise. All in all just a very positive experience and my car is fixed!!

I’d give it a zero if I could! They’ll rip you off and then tell you 4 different stories about what’s wrong with your car. None are an accurate diagnosis!

I used to work next door at tropical smoothie and trusted the people here… this visit- a mechanic tried telling me my battery needs to be replaced (it’s a year old?!) my tires are all apparently bad (2 are only 6 months old?2 are 2 years old so I get those maybe needing to be replaced) I get that I’m a woman, but the fact that this place is now also not safe for me to take my car into without my husband or my father, is very disappointing. Do better.
