I approached a worker and TRIED asking her a question. She cut me off before I could finish my question and told me find it myself. If you don’t like helping customers then don’t work a job that requires customer service 👎 The worker was a bigger women with glasses. I cannot remember her name but it started with a V.

I always shop here. First time I had an extremely scary situation. I was approached by one of the employees. middle aged women, glasses, on the heavier side named Veronica. She claimed I was the women her husband left her for.. said she was going to beat my ass and I was lucky she was working.. Have no idea who she or her husband is. Super scary and very unfortunate that I now do not feel safe shopping here.

Purchased 4 ribeye steaks, they were very thin and tough. For $50 there was no value. I reached out to their customer service team and got no response.

Jason in the front is the rudest person. I came in and he spoke to me very disrespectfully as I came in. If you don't know how to treat your customers the same then don't be in customer service. Plus why was he hugging female customers that's weirdo all over it!!!

WE LOVE THIS HOMELAND!!! Jason and the rest of the staff are truly incredible. I’d list their names as well if I knew them!! OU hoodie gal is another honorable mention haha my son calls them his best friends. Always helpful. Always kind. Always going above and beyond. They all deserve raises immediately.

If you would like to get what you exactly want. DON'T GO HERE! The deli staff are highly unprofessional. If you ask for something specific, and it's not open (cheese, meat, etc.) They will try to offer you something COMPLETELY different because of the convenience to them. I ask for American, and get offered cheddar? I do speak English still... I was told I guess I can open this if you really need it. Man you guys need ANY money to come into that desolate wasteland. 5 p.m. and maybe 5 customers. I now see why....

It’s been a week so it’s not like they can do anything about it for me but they are not good at keeping their dairy in date. How the heck on 4/10/25 do I come in and get yogurt that’s still on the shelf from 4/7/25. Will not be going back there.

Chad in produce is AMAZING!! I was doing an instacart order and my client had 3 different kinds of pre chopped fruit. I was having a hard time finding the fruit and Chad saw the lost look on my face and went out of his way to ask if I needed help finding anything which I ofcourse responded yes.
I asked him about the fruit and he kindly showed me where it was, walked over there with me, and started checking the fruit with me and saw that some of the dates had just expired and made sure I didn’t grab those. I was able to find 2/3 of the fruits I needed but the last one was out and he offered to freshly chop me some up!
Chad was extremely Pleasant and very Accommodating! Due to his kind assistance I was able to get everything I needed for the order and I received a 5 ⭐️ review!!! Thank you so much Chad!
