I went in with an appointment I just had one w-2 and one dependent simple. From what the post and website says it will be about 90 bucks to do my taxes NOPE!! When I sat down with the guy we went over everything everything I did last year nothing was wrong everything was right no price was ever talked about . Got to the end it was 362 bucks!!!! For a simple tax!!! 362!!!! I was only getting 600 back! And I had to pay state. 358! I told him I can’t pay you! 362 just to file my taxes! When I can go online and do to for free! He said well I can take it off your amount you’re getting from federal. Like what?!? Do not go here thinking your going to pay at least 100 because you Will leave there broker then you walked in with and you don’t even to get keep your refund because they Will take it out of federal! It was a simple tax! And nothing was talked about before hand! Like oh we are going to be doing a head of house hold so the prices will go up nothing was said!! Don’t go here!! Or if you do make sure they tell you a price before you do anything!! Because they will not tell you!! Until your 100 done!

Every year these ladies are very sweet they get me in very fast my tax pro did an amazing job thank you so much and my daughter chosed a chineese good buffet afterwards was very yummy thank you so much for getting me in quickly I’m bad at memorizing names but the lady who helped me last year and this year deserves a raise she is super sweet does her job very well I sure do appreciate her very much thank you !

Do you want to wait forever even with an appt(no tax prof assigned) Walkins go in before you? I decided to see if it 2024 the same as 2018, 2017, and 2015.. it is. :( Sure H&R Block, I had nothing else planned for my entire day. Never again.

Never will do taxes with Connie never I have seen what you been doing to people money and needs to be fired to be honest for stealing/fraud from people next will letting the CEO know about this if nothing is fix by then

I had an appointment today at six and they was very thoughtful and kind got me in super fast I believe ladies name was Billie wages I hope I am saying your name correctly ? you was nice !!!! I was more so impressed how quick you got me in for the appointment thank you ? so very kindly !!!!! Hr block is amazing I recommend anyone to go here these people are very nice !!!!! Thank you for your amazing help today !!!!!
