Great bank. Had no issues with anything at all. A replacement bank card will be a $15 charge which is unexpected.

Popped by today without an account with a decent sized check to cash. I've been in many banks, some even where I have accounts with very substantial amounts in them, and this branch gave me the absolutely best experience I've ever had at a bank. I've also had banks just straight up refuse to cash a check for someone without an account, so, I didn't exactly know what I was walking into.Upon walking in dressed like I just got out of bed and drove 3 hours, Aidan (judging by the receipt I got) greeted me with a smile and a warm "Welcome to IBC Bank!". Like, a commercial would show him doing. It was literally insane how friendly it was, while still being corporate enough that you knew it was a bank and not a MoneyCenter at your local superstore.Anyways, Aidan of course went through the standard protocols I'd expect with a decent sized check, and had to grab his manager, who was also super friendly.Kinda incredibly, they cashed the check for me, without even thinking about charging any sorts of fee, and I was back out the door in maaaaybeee 10 minutes (including having to call the person who wrote the check).The situation behind the check was one of the most stressful experiences I've had to go through in my life, and Aidan (and his manager) really made wrapping it up the absolute best it could have been. Very tempted to move all my banking to IBC, just based on this experience. Keep up the great work!

Opened new account ( I've been an ibc account holder for over 10 years) and somehow the card printer failed and after two new cards, my pin still would not work. Called multiple times but obviously not their fault I can't remember my pin, right. Yeah. no. Do mailing a replacement card to save me a 45 min drive to the bank would take 4-6 weeks. Huh? The Chickasha branch was able to mail one to me in 10 days when their card printer was broken. Unwilling to wait over a month to pay bills, I made the drive to Norman (the branch I opened the new account at) O.M.G. took an hour to get new card printed as they were all on the phone. I was the only customer in bank. Empty drive thru as well. Then they held the vast majority of my deposit for 2 extra days. We're not talking thousands of $$, ridiculous especially since I have been unable to access my funds at POS for 2 months but they kept assuring me it was a 'good' card so I just used it online. I deposit funds from the same - very reputable - payor consistently I'm a bit ticked they are holding my money in addition to causing so much grief with the pin. And lying to me - 6 weeks to get a new card I don't think so. And keeping me waiting while they play phone tag. Time to move on to a decent bank that will at least attempt to provide customer service.

This is the worst bank ever, If you deposit a check it will take 2 weeks to clear, they hold your money, don't deal with this bank. I deposit a check from my employer and they put it in hold until I send them a pay stub for the check to resales. Unbelievable they control your money not you

I walked in and was told that I had to wait for my replacement card, no big deal, then the teller who told me to wait replaced someone else’s card. The teller who ended up helping me applied for the wrong line of credit and wasn’t helpful in the slightest with any of my questions. Don’t choose IBC if you live in Oklahoma, I’ve had a bad experience at every location south of okc.

Do not open your first account here! You have to know exactly how to do any kind of transaction or you're basically SOL. Most of the staff tries their best to help, but aren't particularly well trained, but one woman is nothing but rude! I was recommended by a long term customer with a far larger account than mine and have seen firsthand how much better they are treated. Definitely changing banks.

Used the ATM outside of the branch to attempt to deposit an excessive (over 30) amount of $1 bills (I work as a server). The machine ate my money, and then instructed me to contact my financial institution.On it's own this is a minor issue, but since I did not have an exact count of the bills, the claims department initially refused to help me in any way.Though you could attribute this issue to user error, as I believe the problem was inserting too many bills at once, it makes no sense for the customer to assume that the machine will effectively steal money from them and leave them stranded if they don't have an accurate count.I got the runaround, and the second claims person I talked to was able to help me. Make sure to count your cash if you'd like to keep it. I should have access to the deposit in 2-3 business days, barring any further issues.I wouldn't put my money in their machine, and I am actively considering banking elsewhere in the near future.

I pulled in with the green open lights lit, she said they closed at 5. I looked at both my car time and phone clearly show 4:59. I get that having a customer come up 1 min before close is frustrating. But where is the customer service or just human decency? I'll bank somewhere else.

We opened a personal account here in February after leaving a bank we'd had for 12 years because they couldn't keep our account secure. Today was the LAST straw with this idiot bank. I did a mobile deposit on a corporate check (easy to verify). Don't show it the day after and figured it would have some hold on it. Saw this morning my account was actually negative the amount of the check I deposited. I thought maybe the system was updating and it would show the correct amount soon. Still showing negative 750 at nine so call the branch where we opened the account..NORMAN. She says she'll check and call me back. 1:00 still nothing so I go to a different branch by where I work. Harder to dismiss someone when they are standing right in front of you demanding their money. Seems the original regular hold dropped off but some mysterious asshat in the "back office" saw font that "looked odd" so he flagged it for hold again for a damn WEEK! Never could get out of them who flagged it. Never could get a resolve. You can bet your A** that I will be pulling every penny out of this joke of a bank as soon as I have my last paycheck direct deposited in two days. If you have a mobile app that says deposit successful then you should honor it. It also takes five seconds to verify finds and fraud which they said they wouldn't do. Stay away. Even the tellers told me that their holds are a joke. If I could give them negative stars for policy and customer service I would. Avoid them!

I have used this bank for 4 years and have always been treated fairly and with the upmost respect. All the personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable about all my accounts as I have multiple. They have even fixed where I made mistakes and showed me how to take care of them so it wouldn't occur again. I love my bank. As well as the one I started with in South Texas that I had for 3 years before moving.

If Google Maps hadn't been wrong I would've given 5 stars. BUT, once I got TO the location, they were awesomely friendly & helpful.
