Recently, my husband had to go on a business trip. He had to purchase a new wardrobe. We found everything he needed right in the store. It was nice to be able to try on everything and get a real feel to what we were buying. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband is 6 ft. 4 in., so it can be difficult to find his size. Luckily, there was a large selection to choose from. Everything was reasonably priced and of good quality.

JCP beauty has really gone down since taking over this location. The young blonde employee is always sitting down on her phone while the beauty area is dirty. She will not answer questions and does not care about costumer service. Managers walk by and see her playing on the phone and say nothing. Bad leadership starts at the top. No surprise JCP at this location is always empty and will go out of business.
