Called on the phone to get a quote for a slightly dinged rear quarter panel. And they told me to email them pictures, no response. Went in person, lady was rude and had a very short temper, got frustrated when I asked any questions. This was almost 6 months ago and it was so memorable from how bad I was treated. Cherry on top is that I’m still waiting on any response
Terrible service, terrible paint work based on cars I’ve seen leave this shop. Do not recommend

This place was a GODSEND. We were traveling for work and our van broke down. Someone at a local place recommended Johnson’s. Billy truly was the man. He was so helpful, worked through pricing with us, AND had a quick turnaround. My dad is a mechanic, so I always call him to see if people are ripping me off, Billy even spoke to my dad on the phone and broke it all down. A stand up guy and a great business owner. Thanks again guys!

We took our car in for an estimate. They looked at my car then told us they would e-mail the estimate. It's been over a month and they won't call back or send the estimate. I understand it's hard to find help and parts but someone could at least call us back!
