Don’t waste your time. I shop at this mall often. Anytime I walk into Journey’s. I’m never greeted. They just stare at their phones like they don’t even see customers. I will not be returning.

I bought a pair of Uggs. I received them today. I am so DISAPPOINTED. They look like knock-offs. My daughter has the same pair and we compared. Hers are cushioned and fluffy inside while mine are missing the fluff. And I paid $50 more for these than I paid for hers. Journeys should be upfront about the change. They are selling a substandard product at an inflated price. Planning to also share my thoughts with UGG.

They withdrew money from my account twice and kept my money for 7 business days. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. My bank couldn't cancel it because it was on possessing. I am not going to shopping from Journeys anyway

My nephew went in, looked at some shoes and then sat down to wait for me as I was coming from another store in the mall. The male working there told him they didn't allow people to loiter there. Seriously?? Don't help him while he is looking at shoes and then accuse him of loitering when he sat down. I and several of my friends have bought shoes there in the past. Never again.

If I could rate the customer service -5 stars I would. Just left so whoever was working needs fired. Young female and middle aged male. They were so rude and told me I could exchange my shoes then last minute said I could not. Treated me like I was stupid and was so unprofessional and unhelpful. Will not be returning.

They helped my son find the perfect back to school shoes. The associates that helped us were very polite and friendly. It took a while to find the right pair, and they were extremely patient with us. The next time we need anything, this will be our first stop.

The employee tried to help us but didn't seem to understand children sizes so he couldn't find any shoes for us. He tried, I will give him that but only one of our kids walked out with the shoes she wanted. We had to go elsewhere for our other child.
