We dropped in for a third purchase from Landers today and Sales Rep. Ryan Faught continued the trend of great customer service, very fair pricing and trade evaluation, and finding the most discounts we could qualify for. Steven Springer was great in finance also. Needless to say, we will not hesitate to return and recommend Landers to others.

I walked and meet Jason Fancher for the first time. I told him what I was looking for and he went and got it. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle because I was as well and he figured that out real quick. He wasn’t pushy and made me feel like it was all my choice. Great experience! Easy communication, no games, no pressure tactics. Very professional, yet laid back atmosphere. Best dealership I have ever worked with. Josue is awesome! Straight forward, honest, and personable. Great showmanship while presenting vehicles. They offered a fair amount for my trade right off the bat, no haggling necessary. Felt like I paid a fair price for the vehicle purchased. In and out in about an hour. Very pleased. Would definitely come back for my next purchase.

Great and easy buying experience! Forest was the best! I didn’t feel pressured like other salesman at other places in the past. Made my buying experience pleasant and simple! Even went out of his way to help me move all my stuff (I’m a photographer and had lots of gear) from my trade in to my new Traverse!! Thanks again!

From the very beginning, this purchase has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am deeply disappointed with both the dealership's general manager and General Motors' support.Within just a few months of owning the truck, I encountered numerous problems that have severely impacted its functionality. The most concerning issue lies with the entire dash and infotainment system, which inexplicably turns black, rendering the vehicle completely undrivable. It is simply unacceptable that a brand new vehicle would have such critical malfunctions.To make matters worse, my truck has spent an exorbitant amount of time, over 35 days, in the shop for repairs. This extended period of time without my vehicle not only inconveniences my daily life but also raises serious doubts about the quality and reliability of the product I invested in. It is disheartening to feel trapped in a vehicle that constantly requires repairs, leaving me with no viable solution in sight.Furthermore, Landers Chevrolet's claim of supporting the military feels like nothing more than an empty marketing ploy. As an active duty Air Force member, I expected to receive better treatment and support from both the dealership and General Motors to remedy this situation . However, I have been left feeling unsupported and disregarded throughout this entire ordeal.The lack of urgency, responsiveness, and effective resolution from both the general manager and General Motors has left me stranded and disillusioned. As an active duty member of the Air Force, I deserve better treatment and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.I strongly caution anyone considering Landers Chevrolet of Norman as their dealership of choice. My experience with both the product and customer service has been deeply disappointing, and I would hate for others to go through the same frustrations.In conclusion, my purchase of a 2023 Chevy Colorado from Landers Chevrolet of Norman has been marred by multiple problems, a lack of support from the general manager and General Motors, and a feeling of being trapped in a malfunctioning vehicle. I regret choosing this dealership and vehicle, as the quality and customer service have fallen far below expectations.Even through this awful experience I’ve had several employees truly have tried to help in anyway they can. Celia and Rama from sales and Jason from service have gone above and beyond to help and try to make things right. I would not hesitate to conduct business with them, however their bosses have severely let me down

One of the absolute best car buying experiences I've ever had in my life!Ryan Faught made this process nearly seamless and showed great patience and compassion for a certain situation that I'm dealing with.Two of the managers, JT, Sean, showed me unseen compassion and Grace to make sure this deal got done and I got the vehicle that I wanted. I test drove a 2023 Trailblazer and started the process of paperwork. I was told that the car I test drove had already been sold and that if I wanted it I would need to put a deposit down and wait for an identical one to come in. (It was on its way) So I obliged. I put down my non refundable deposit and waited. No biggie right? Wrong. The Trailblazer that came in had less features (it was a basic model when the other was a push start with better seats and button locks on the doors not to mention better material on the dash and seats) then the one I test drove. They pulled a bait and switch. Unfortunately my mama raised a people pleaser and because I was upgrading from an ‘04 I figured my mood about the vehicle would change. Unfortunately it hasn’t (it’s been four days) I feel cheated especially because it has less features and I’m still paying the price of the nicer model. I said something to my sales man and his response was “the manager said it was the same thing” I felt like I didn’t have a choice so I went through with the purchase. My mistake. If you go through Landers just make sure you stand your ground and get what your promised. Other then that everyone was nice and the place was clean. Plus they were able to find a place to finance me better than a major bank so that’s a plus.

I didn't buy my Chevy from here, but after having a bad experience at the Edmond Chevy, I came here to have my vehicle serviced. Jordan helped get my vehicle fixed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even helped me get a rental car so I wouldn't have to stress. All the employees I came into contact with were really friendly. I also noticed they had an indoor playground for kiddos if you are car shopping or waiting on your vehicle. So cool!! I will continue my business here!

Service was good and courteous. I drive 600 - 700 miles a week. I get an oil change every 21/2 months. Would be nice to receive discounts through email or mail occasionally.

You have upgraded your customer service by adding the service video of your vehicle, this is a blessing for us females that no longer have to answer the famous question "So what they say about your car".
