Lowe's is always providing great customer service. Each time I've been to the Norman location I can genuinely say that an associate has stopped to help me and escorted me to the correct isle.

They have bad reviews but I've been in multiple times and half the time a employee stops ME to ask what I'm looking for. One of the best Lowe's I've been into.

The service is just awful. I needed to cut a 1 in x 8 in x 4ft board. I let them know that I need it cut, they say the "cutting guy" is outside. What is the guy whose only job is to man the station doing outside?! Beats me! Then after about 15 minutes he shows up taking his time waking to the cutting station. Then he says he can't make any cuts under 12" wide. Now, Lowe's is appealing to costumers by saying get DIY projects cut here. What kind of a DIY involves only over 12" wide wood?! Are we DYI-ing the Trojan horse? They also make you buy the board before even letting you at the cutting station so that they can tell you they essentially only cut house lumber then haha What an unpleasant guy and experience. Lowe's was closer to my house, gave it a shot. Will keep going to Home Depot. On a side note, unlike other employees I saw walking around, the "cutting guy" had awful personal hygiene. Just an absolute slob.

My husband called at 3:30 to make sure they had a Oklahoma joe longhorn combo in stock. Whoever spoke to him told him that they did and said that pre-assembling it would be no charge, just asked him what time he would be coming. My husband told him shortly after 5. We showed up at 5:10. My husband went to the customer service and told the desk who he talked to. Apparently the guy he talked to was out for lunch break. The desk further told him that they don't assemble items unless they are ordered online. They went to go and check to see if they even had one in stock. It showed they had 5, but they came back and told my husband to give them 30 minutes to pull it from storage. Finally we got the grill loaded 1 1/2 hours after arrival (though not assembled as was stated).

I bought a range and had it delivered. Because I only had 48 hrs to return it I got someone to my house quickly to change the orifices over to propane for which I had to pay extra as an emergency. The stove was defective. I notified the salesman the same day, within 48 hours. However, when I called the store to have the stove picked up customer service told me it was over 48 hrs and they couldn't refund it. I asked to talk to the manager who passed the same information on to me via the customer service associate. I asked to speak directly to the manager who I explained that I "had" notified them within the 48 hours. He was rude and condescending. I called the customer care number, explained the issue and was given a case number with instructions to call them back if I didn't receive a call from the store within 24 hours. I did get a call back and the range was picked up quickly. However, I won't buy appliances there anymore with a 48 hour window. You can't even get an appliance installed in that timeframe. I ultimately bought from a designated appliance store. I have always purchased my appliances from the Norman Lowe's, but no more!

Despite having contracted for a natural gas generator from these people last year (over $9000.00 installed), I am unable to set up an appointment with them for a contractor to give me an estimate on some fencing. They took down my information last week (May, 2022) and, supposedly, scheduled the appointment. However, no estimator has since contacted me and has not arrived as scheduled. Moreover, when I called the ProServices desk, the lady at the phone hung up on me when I became a wee bit angry (no profanity) about it. Apparently, the women who work at the ProServices desk do not give a hoot about their customers. I actually called three times and kept being forwarded to the delivery department - for an estimate! This was to be the third time I have done business with Lowes ProServices in Norman. Two years ago, I contracted for a tornado shelter which cost about $2700. After ~$12,000 worth of business, Lowe's ProServices doesn't want my business any more so I'm off to one of their competitors.

Less than 1 star! Bought a mini fridge from Lowes right before Christmas and sales man said I had 30 days to bring it back if it didn't fit space... I got it back to them way before 30 days and was told they had a 48 hr policy for bringing appliances back. This was a mini fridge that was never taken out of the box... Didn't know till I gave it for Christmas present it was the same size as the recipient already had...so I thought I could trade it for larger size. I not only could take it back they wouldn't trade it for a bigger one. They would not allow that either. Bad customer service bad policy bad store. Never again purchasing from Lowes.

Online says they have multiple items that are not in store. Spoke to a lady named Ruby is who easily has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encounter from an adult. Please don't work with the public if you aren't willing to helpful when asked without huffing like a toddler and rolling your eyes. I will happily drive to Moore. Friendlier, helpful, and their inventory is correct. This place is TRASH.

I went to Lowes to buy some porch stain a few days ago. The price on the Lowes app showed $39.98 but on the shelf it shows $44.99. I showed the nice lady the price difference and she rang it up as $39.98. Fast forward a few days later and I need another gallon. I send my wife to the store and they won't honor the difference. I know it's only a few dollars but it's the principle of it. She spoke with the manager and he said "LOWES DOESN'T PRICE MATCH OUR OWN WEBSITE. What? You'll price match another competitor but not your VERY OWN website? Anyways - ridiculous and I won't be back.

Lowes, where customer service goes to die. I spent $2300 of my hard earned money. They tried to deliver a damaged product and now as a result nobody will talk to me. I've requested management. I'm currently now on hold for an hour. Wow lowes has changed

Absolutely the transaction from HELL! DO NOT under any circumstances purchase a generator from Lowes they do not stand behind anything or do anything to meet the obligations of their contract. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE GENERATOR. They did not. The installers showed up with no generator to install. The installation crew had to drive to Lowes and find the generator. Things went downhill from there. The salesman lied to us about almost everything and Lowes refused to take my calls or rectify any of the discrepancies. The installation was completely mishandled by Lowes any communications with the installation department of Lowes went unanswered! Ended up having to pay twice for the installation! My first and last dealing with Lowes!!! Attempting to cancel

I've had several bad experiences at this lowes! This time they said I don't have an account, which I verified that I do. A pick up order was a week late but yet they had some in store, what should have taken 5 minutes took more than 45 minutes and a phone call to in store prior of coming to the store and a call to the credit card company. Woman was snide in questions. Lowes used to be known for their customer service, not any longer.

Awful experience. Do not recommend coming here to do business. We went to check out and because the rebar doesn't have a bar code she asked us what the price is. (We had purchased the exact same rebar size earlier that day and the cashier had promptly looked up the price in her book.) So we said the price - $5.48 - and she said are you sure so my partner ran back to check. While he is back there I ask if it's in the book. She brings out the book and says no. (The same one that was used earlier to look up the same product.) When my partner gets back, tells her 5.48, she starts looking it up and says no that it's 5.98. And I said why don't we all go back and check. She takes an obscenely long amount of time, and when we get back to check the price she sees with her own eyes 5.48. She confirms that it's 5.48. We walk back to the register and she clicks the same button that said 5.98 and becomes rude and won't change it. Even though we had all confirmed it was 5.48. I'm not upset about the extra dollar. I'm just upset Marlin, who was working register #1, with glasses and a nose ring, was SO rude and purposely wasted all our time, to change nothing even though the facts were straight in her face. It's not ok to do that to customers. Marlin should not be working with customers at all. Ever.
