Do NOT trust this company with installing your backsplash. My fiancé and I contacted lowe’s to do our backsplash, they gave us a quote, we signed a contract and payed fully. After this, we were then told we did not owe any more money. Another employee contacted us days later saying they messed up the labor charge and we now owed more than double of what we originally paid. The employee told us the contract practically didn’t matter and that we wouldn’t be able to receive the service at the agreed upon price.

Don’t waste your time. The customer service is atrocious. I’m tired of products damaged in delivery. I’m tired of people not doing what they were supposed to. My new smoker was supposed to be assembled and delivered on the Saturday before Father’s Day and shows up beat to hell. They tried to deliver damaged goods. After we refused the smoker they rescheduled the delivery for 3 days later, a Wednesday. Happens to be my birthday, no stress a great day to be home for delivery. Rep says that gives us 2 days to get it assembled but now my delivery is being rescheduled again because no one assembled it over the last two days. Now, I have to be home an extra day to receive delivery and I honestly I have faith it’ll show up in good shape. I need to purchase extensive shelving and appliance still this year and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’m tired of giving my hard earned dollars to a business that obviously doesn’t care.

I'm from Georgia, and the customer service needs improvement but Oklahoma has been surprisingly the worst experience with all the states I have ever been to with the service... these people need God for real!! You are met with hate instantly, people services means ALL people smh. In this case I was just instacarting, it was such an unhealthy experience I needed to take blood pressure medicine after I left there. So sad ?

In the last month, I have used the Norman Lowe’s Curbside Pickup to pickup yard equipment ordered online. This is a very efficient process: order the item, go to Lowe’s Curbside pickup area in the parking lot by the entry, log into the e-mail receipt and notify that I’m at the curbside pickup area and what parking slot number. Within minutes the item is brought out and loaded. Easy peasy!
Way to go Lowe’s!

What happened to customer service? I'm not needy, but in these big box stores where they shelve hundreds, if not thousands of items, you need someone to help locate certain things... good luck getting that help from an associate. Their management team are amazing, though!
