Called customer service to get a pin code to transfer service. I could not answer all ?s so I had to goto store and show I'd to get info. This I where nightmare begins. Horrible customer service. The girl there only told me what she couldn't do. And refused to help. She then said that she could not pull up my account but the person on the phone already had my account up. So she lied. She refused to take my phone and talk to customer service. I had to leave and go to 15th st. Where Michael was the most helpful person ever. He fixed my problem with no issues. Don't go to this location if u want friendly people
