I went today and loved the girl who attended me . Her name is Lisa loved her! She speaks Spanish so I loved that she spoke Spanish too and was able to help my mom ! Give her a raise !!!

went into the store and got a new phone. the lady that helped us was nice but she did not allow us to set the phone up in the store and skipped all sections at the beginning of the set up for us to input our information to allow us to transfer the data from one phone to another. Which led us to spending the next 3 hours trying to transfer all the data from the old phone to the new phone. We didn't figure this all out till we factory rested the old phone and then was able to transfer data since we could actually start from the proper step. also the lady that was helping us could barely see the phone and computer screen. We will most likely us a different store from here on out.

Worst place ever. Metro service is by far the worst. I tried them for a week, and just ended up with high blood pressure. The employees don't know their job. I can tell Metro has a high turn over on employees, because there's always someone different working. Not to mention metros employees dont attempt to help, just sleep. People please stay away from Metro, and Boost if you can.

Customer service at stores very slow and at times frustrating but customer service centers ( that you call into ) are amazing! Service is great I highly recommend them.

Had very great service here and Adriana is so very nice. Definitely will be coming to this store more often. She treated me and my family as family which is so very nice.

Jose Has the best customer service i've ever seen he is very patient . He goes out of his way to get the problem resolved. Hes more than willing to get on the phone and spend as much time that is needed to get the problem resolved i mean, this young man is amazing. And he is the reason why I come to this location.

I would have liked a wider selection of items. You sold me a phone you didn't have all the gear for. They did find a store 20 minutes away that had it before we completed the sale. The folks here knowledgeable and kind. I do recommend this store location. Maria and her husband were great.
