When doing a normal oil change for me, they put the wrong kind of washer back in. When I got home, my car was leaking oil. I took it to mastertech auto and they told me whoever did my oil change messed up. MasterTech switched the washer for free and I had no leak.

Great experience with the Midas team after my truck had the catalytic converters stolen. They quickly sourced parts, contacted my insurance and kept me updated on progress of the repairs. Two days after I dropped off the truck I had it back. Thank you so much.

I was looking to buy a car in Norman but don't live in the area and this shop was recommended to me to do a pre-purchase inspection. Not only did they help me to get me a timely appointment but they did the inspection quickly. And since it didn't take as long as normal they even discounted the quoted price for me. If you are looking for a shop to do some work on your car in Norman I'd recommend this place.

Joey, Jim and Bryan (the Technician) Lindsey location in Norman, OK were able to find and fix the oil leaks on my wife’s supercharged 2013 Audi Q5. Not only that, they were diligent in realizing that one of their initial components (Timing Cover) didn’t have an issue and remove it from the items list SAVING us money. Bryan identified by clearing away the visible oil that it was due to the leak from its adjacent Valve Cover leak. That’s a worthy mechanic and a trustworthy store in my eyes.
Owning an Audi isn’t cheap…
