I was greeted as soon as I walked in the lobby by two tellers which was nice. The teller that helped me was very professional and cheerful. I also liked the fact that I was called by my name white I was there

Abby at the Tecumseh branch assisted me in getting a new checking account established (coming from Wells Fargo on the west coast). She did an excellent job explaining all of the aspects of the account and particularly the differences between Wells and MidFirst products. She was VERY professional.

Opened a new account with MidFirst a week ago, it was super easy and the banking staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions about the type of account was best for me.

I have banked with Midfirst for years now. Everytime I come to this Norman branch on Tecumseh it's super slow and I usually end up having to call because they didn't transfer my funds correctly. Very disappointing.

Not very friendly when you are out of state and trying to establish an account for your OU student. You have personal bankers that don’t even know the banks products have to research student account’s information.

I've been a Midfirst customer for years but I will never return to this location. I won't refer to her by name, but a woman that works there blatantly lied to me 3 times. I stopped by to have 2 things done to my account and after a week I saw nothing was done. I called and she had forgot because they got busy. She then lied about what needed to be done. Then after weeks lied again, and even though I didn't call her out she got snippy and had a snide comment and attitude...I can see the exact date and time she called and left her voice mail due to visual voice mail (know your facts of you're going to get an attitude), I also I had wrote down the date and time of every correspondence. Don't lie about people's money.
