There service before you make it in to see them was on point, however once you arrive the atmosphere mood changes, shifts downwards! But after not choosing their lot for my new vehicle, they did atleast follow up with me which was nice but needed more 5star top of the line customer service ?

Tori and Raegan are not people of color friendly. I had to find some other associates to assist me but ultimately just ended up going to a different dealership altogether.

The Nedpn group was easy to work with. Very accommodating. Amber wirked hard sending me visors in 97 degree heat. The car was as described. I flew in they met me at the airport. My only beef and it may seem small, but the car was filthy on the outside. Inside perfect. I realize their car wash was. Broken for several days, but didn’t anyone think to buy a hose? That was the only disappointment but when you buy a newer car presentation is important. I would buy from them again.

I do not care for games - the salesperson kept saying she would be fired if she didn’t do this or that—just show me the vehicle - I will decide. I did not buy a vehicle here. I did buy at Fowler.

Nelson Mazda is the first place where I started my search to trade in my Lincoln for something bigger and better! They had several in the used car area that I was interested in. We sat down and Jessica asked me what my wants and needs were in a SUV. They took all my information. Very up front and transparent!
I test drove what I was there for and she had 3-4 more ready when I got back! One of which I never knew existed! A Mazda CX-90. It was perfect! Everything I asked for and more! No quibbling over what I wanted for my trade-in either! Went over all the particulars of the car before I left for home and answered any additional questions I had. Easy peasy! Very professional, very helpful and accommodating! Thank you Nelson Mazda (Jessica & Jaren too) for helping this Nana into my SUV dream car for not only my Grands, but for ME as well!! ♥️

Nelson Mazda is a great place to buy a car! None of the typical high-pressure sales hassles. They quoted a fair price upfront, no negotiation necessary. I dealt with the same person throughout the transaction, no trips back to the finance office to get the hard sell, no “let me go speak to my manager“. They made me a good offer on my trade. All in all a fantastic experience… Not to mention Mazda is one of the most reliable, best value vehicles you can buy today!

***POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES***
I inquired about a car listed online. I am in Chicago, the car is in Oklahoma. After checking everything out, I said I wanted to proceed with the purchase on a Thursday afternoon. As requested, I sent copies of my driver's license and proof of insurance and I informed them that I am purchasing a one-way airline ticket from Chicago to Oklahoma City for Saturday to pick up the car and drive it back...so clearly I intended to buy it. Friday morning, they confirmed my contact information and that I will be registering the car in Illinois. I confirmed that I had bought a one-way ticket. I was now waiting for information to go to the bank and wire the full purchase amount, as they requested, when I suddenly get a text stating "there is a guest here right now looking at the Miata with another client advisor. I will let you know what they end up deciding".
WELL....I had agreed to buy the car and had moved forward with the deal, sending everything that had been requested of me...how can you sell the car to another person?
What company does business like this?!?
EDIT: Your response/excuse is invalid in this case. You were not waiting for me to complete the next step....I was waiting for YOU! The right thing to do would've been to tell buyer #2 that there is a deal in progress and you'll notify him if it doesn't go through, not the other way around!!

Nelson was a refreshing car buying experience. We weren’t attacked on the lot, we were treated like humans, not targets, and the one rep process was friendly, zero pressure, and we selected our vehicle and drove off the lot in about an hour.
Justin was incredibly professional, and guided us through the process with ease.
