My emission light came on unexpectedly. The issue was quickly diagnosed and options were clearly laid out. The staff were more than kind and friendly. Since it was not a serious problem, I chose to let the issue wait until after the New Year. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited to the final repair. That is service!

I needed a few clips replaced under my engine. Not only was I a walk in, I was in and out in 30 minutes. So much cheaper than the dealership, very friendly. I will definitely return for brakes and instrument cluster.

If you’re looking for an honest, locally owned shop, this is the place. I will feel very confident taking my car to these guys from here on out. They could’ve easily tried to sell me on a brake job, but instead let me know my brakes were in good shape and explained to me what the noise I was hearing probably was. I shall return!

Had a GREAT first visit!! They were open and up front and definitely didn’t try and upsell me on anything! I went in for a brake job and they said I should wait since my pads were in such great condition. Super nice and knowledgeable crew! Will definitely be going back 😊

Our grandson goes to college in Ada, OK, and we live in Texas. When his car broke down, we were so worried about how to help from afar. We found Norman Automotive through AAA, and from the very first phone call, Christene and Jimmy took care of everything!
Jimmy kept us informed every step of the way, explained what needed to be done, and even went out after hours to make sure our grandson was safe. He later followed up to confirm our grandson made it home okay — that kind of care is rare these days!
Norman Automotive went above and beyond. They treated our family like their own, and we are forever grateful. 💛🚗🙏 Highly, highly recommend!

Jimmy was awsome! I called him for an estimate. He got my car in the minute I dropped it off.! He communicated better than any place I have ever been. He ended up fixing my car and for a fair price. Norman Automotive was recommended to me by one of their long-time customers to work on the 1954 Studebaker Commander Starlight coupe I received recently. Norman Automotive was meticulous in the work they did on the car - I could tell they were happy to have the opportunity to work in this car and that they took great pride in what they did. I am 100% delighted with their work. I am taking another of my cars to them next week.
