10/10 would definitely recommend. Craig was super informative, friendly and helpful with finding the perfect shoes for me. I was actually here when the entitled couple came inside with the service dog. They are indeed lying. The shop dog definitely did not attack or rush. He was just trying to say hello and the service dog owners freaked out and started cussing at the employees. The staff handled the situation really well. Never yelled once and stayed calm. Don't let that review stop you from coming here. The staff is very friendly including the shop dog Mikey.

To clarify Zena and Larry's recent review... It was a lie. It was NOT the owners dog, but he was everybody's favorite lab Mikey. The owners weren't there. Larry brought his dog in without the courtesy of telling us he had a dog. Larry then proceeded to kick Mikey when Mikey went to say hello - as is normal. We simply said do not kick another dog when it's his second home, ask first before barging in to a new store - then don't yell and drop f-bomb's to a store full of people. All dogs are welcome at OK Runner, which is why Mikey goes there. Poor dog owners like Larry would be well advised to take some training themselves in courtesy and dog ownership.

Service dog handlers beware!!
I entered the store with my mobility and medical alert service dog, took two steps into the store as a large black dog rushed at my service dog, only to be followed up by the owner of the store screaming at us that we should have announced ourselves first. As it was my first time into the store, I had no idea that there was a shop dog. It was not marked outside anywhere either. Also, the owner refused to try to get his dog, which was not leashed. We left quickly to avoid injury to my service dog, but I also did not feel safe with two adult men screaming at me over their reactive dog charging my well trained service dog. The other man screaming was a customer, who followed us into the parking lot to harass us further. Definitely not disability friendly, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The owner’s dog tried attacking my service animal and the owner screamed at me for it. They have made their store inaccessible to disabled people with working dogs. They will blame you for not knowing they have a reactive off leash dog inside. There is no signage suggesting there is a very large dog in the store. Do not go here!!!!

If you a looking for great service from knowledgeable employees come to OK Runner. Craig will take time to ensure a proper fitting shoe purchase and any alterations needed are done in store. I'm glad I found this store.

I had an amazing experience here! I’ve wanted to get more into running and I had read it was good to go to a running store to have them recommend specific shoes based on how your feet are and the level of support you need and this is exactly the experience I wanted and received. The man who helped me (seemed like the owner?) was extremely knowledge and I felt confident with what I got. I really enjoyed that they didn’t just try and sell you the most expensive shoe in the store either and seemed to recommend quality over quantity. I’ve seen complaints about the price on other reviews but I think it’s worth it to go here and pay a little bit more for the experience and tailored recommendations for what’s best for you! Overall recommend to anyone wanting to get into running.

I had a great experience! The man who helped me, who I believe is the owner, was very knowledgeable not only with the shoes, but with the importance of finding a shoe specifically for my needs. He gave me information about how my foot/ankle moves when I walk and how I would need a certain type of support for that. He definitely had anatomical knowledge. I could tell he was passionate about helping people find shoes to fit their needs rather than just trying to sell the shoes. And he was able to order the shoes in the color I needed straight to my home. Will be coming back next time I need a new pair!
