Went in and got a 4 meat pizza ate a few bites and there was something stuck to the bottom pulled it out and unfolded it and it was a bandaid rapper called up and got told come in for a full refund for my purchase and only got refunded for the pizza itself

I’d like to give more stars. The place is huge, bathrooms were clean, nice selection of sodas, icees, and they have cold brew coffee on tap! Also looks like they have a great hot food and baked goods selection but not if you arrive between 10pm and 2 am apparently. Was making a 10 hour road trip and needed gas as well as sustenance at about 11:45. I passed several other exits because I wanted a big convenience store that’d be open 24/7. The grill was closed, ok that’s not surprising. But there was nothing on the rotary things where hot dogs and whatnots go, and the bakery display thing was empty, as was the place I’d imagine pre wrapped cheeseburgers, burritos, pizza etc go.
When I checked out I said “ya know this really seemed like a place a person could get like a corn dog at midnight” and the guy said that they THROW AWAY all the food at 10pm and then don’t start making anything new until after 2 am. Sorry but that’s a horrible policy and 10000% worth deduction of 2 stars.
they DO have a huge selection of Blue Bell ice cream flavors so they’ve got that going for them. Hence 3 stars instead of 2.
Really, what would be the harm in holding on to the corn dogs or hot dogs for another few hours??

I am a huge fan of the black berry Dr. Pepper.They now have it in the frozen drink and it's always working.I love frozen drinks and every time I go at least 6 out of the 8 are working and it's better than the other piece that have frozen drinks and never have more than 2 out of 6 working.If you know who i'm talking about.

I go in here all the time and the guys working there are really nice and the ladies are very charming and are very uplifting. I think whoever managing that store is doing a great job and all the crew there are nice and that location is my favorite convenience store.

All regular employee are nice, but Amber the managers name was really rude , trying to find her and saw her in the dinning room kissing a guy and holding a baby and just being really fussy , she don’t deserve to be manger he just wants her money she don’t care about anyone else !!!! Never going back here! And grill ladies couldn’t understand them very rude! Ana and Carmencita!

I just left this location about 5 min ago. I needed help with the self check out. I asked a cashier to help, it was a skinny young girl, black hair, slicked back bun, she had a white ear bud in. I'm just giving description because she didn't have a name tag. She was very rude and unhelpful. She seemed annoyed that I had to ask for help and then proceeded to point at somebody else for me to ask and turned her back on me. I use to love oncue and the staff. Now they hire disrespectful people with no customer service skills.
