I used to be an Autozone guy, but then I met Nathan. I was in town for my daughter’s graduation and had car trouble. Nathan fixed it in the parking lot and got me back on the road. If it wasn’t for him, I’m not sure if we would have been able to make it back home in time for her graduation party with extended family. Thanks Nathan!

I do not have much knowledge about vehicles however I do understand customer service. An exemplary employee, Nathaniel, provided incredible service to me explaining to me what I needed for my car while being polite and professional. If it were up to me I'd give this man a raise. I will be a repeat customer at this location because of this incredible employee.

I love coming to this Oreily’s. The manager that is always there, Nathaniel, is always so nice and informative. He tries really hard to get me the product that works best for me at the cheapest price which I appreciate. As long as I am in Norman, and Nathaniel works here, I will never go anywhere else for my auto needs.

Orileys has always been my parts place of choice. After the 3rd consecutive experience of condescending and rude employees I will be shopping elsewhere from this point forward. The parts counter guy was nice great. The manager that came out to do the override for the business discount, Nathaniel, should be removed from a managerial role for being so excessively rude about something that has never been an issue for any of the other visits to this same store.

It was Sunday at 9:00 and I was a minute after closed. But I called and the guy stayed open a few more minutes for me. Saved me a big headache, much appreciated.
