I really enjoy coming here pretty often but my visit today will be my last. I have an autistic toddler and he was getting a little whiny( not having a tantrum just a little upset) so I went to look for a toy for him. The employee at the counter, young lady with blonde hair wearing winter clothes in 90 degrees. She dramatically was covering her ears and rolling her eyes. She even scoffed and left the store. I took my son out while my husband checked out. She had a rude attitude and was throwing the stuff around. This is just incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If you decide to come here, don’t bring your kids as they’re not welcomed here. I’ve spent a lot of time and money here. Never again ?

We have driven past this thrift store several times, and finally had a chance to stop in. They have colored tags that have discounted prices throughout the week. I'd like to go back when I have more time to look but we did find a couple of Halloween costumes for the kids.

This is an excellent thrift store! Well run, an obvious desire to positively impact the community, and the workers/owners not sure who is which are always incredibly friendly and helpful, even pointing out things you might like or find interesting if they know what you are looking for!

Eh. Super used and work stuff. Much of it not even wiped off or cleaned up. Dirty oil stained jeans for $12?! Pass.

1st and foremost they are NOT LGTB+ friendly, they are in horrible debt, its filthy, they do NOT wash the clothes, overpriced, they are rude to people needing help , treat them like trash at the counter. SO MUCH MORE, just gross. HYPOCRISY at its best. The owner facing charges in court LOOK IT UP. He avoids all calls coming in for money SAD SAD SAD. They call the homeless tweakers.. fire people who need help for false accusations, it's a crazy place. Mice droppings in the dressing rooms entire back room stacked to ceiling with your donations and ceiling leaks it's NASTY. Beware shopping here... its not the outreach you think it is

I Absolutely love this thrift store! They have so many items and I love how they expanded. I always go to the $1 rack and have found so many amazing clothes, jackets and blankets. Some days though it's hit or miss but definitely worth looking. Outreach Thrift store is by far my favorite thrift store of all!

Plenty of clothing options. I saw S-5X in ladies area. Kids, home decor, kitchen gadgets and holiday decorations. Books, shoes, jewelry are available as well. They are an outreach for the community. Have not seen a location that offers a refrigerated section but it's a great idea! Love to contribute to programs that help folks in need. Stop by when you have extra time to browse. There's a lot to go through. Will be returning!

Went a couple weeks ago and the guy was super nice. Today I was there before they opened at 10. The lady who opened was late and very rude the store wasn't open until 15 minutes later.Just a thought if you open at 10 be there before 10.The store may want to check into employees who can show up on time.

Outreach is affordable, well organized & is consistently willing to step up for our community. They often offer free clothes to people in emergency situations, and house Norman's only public refrigerator. I love the volunteers & great finds at Outreach. A wonderful place.

We liked it here. The gentleman working was very nice and very tolerant of the very judgemental and rude customers that checked out prior to us. They have tons of clothes but everything is a bit of a hunt because people just put stuff back everywhere. They have a nice selection of small appliances and great selection of books. If you like and follow them on social media or check in from the store you get a discount on your first purchase, and they have tag sales (today's was shoes and pink tags half off). If we lived locally, this would definitely be in our thrift store rotation! Oh, and great job supporting pride month! The kids LOVED the rainbow angel wings in front of the store!
