It’s unfortunate how utterly disappointing it is to be able to walk into a store, be the only customer, make eye contact multiple times with an employee to not even be greeted. As a retail manager I’d be EMBARRASSED if this was my staff. 0 stars.

Just left the PacSun in Sooner Mall and was pretty disappointed. I walked in and saw a poster of men's jeans that looked like they needed to be mine. I went ahead and asked the workers behind the desk where those jeans would be at. The guy said, "Yeah.. I don't know if we have those or not." Then the girl said, "You might check the other mall, they have a bigger selection." Neither one came out from behind the desk to help me (you would think the jeans that they are advertising on the poster in their store would be there), and I was literally the only customer in the store. I didn't even look around after that. I'm not going to spend money where the workers clearly don't care to help.

I was shopping and I ask chase the associate for a dressing room to try on a shirt. I came out of the dressing room and left the shirt in there cause I didn't want it. Chase the associate then went to the dressing room to get the shirt, he then came out and was accusing me of stealing the shirt, he told me to give the shirt back, and I told him I never had it so he ask me to show him where it was . So I took him where I left it and it was still in the same dressing room I left it in, he went in the wrong dressing room And it was kinda embarrassing cause he came out where everyone can hear and ask me where the shirt was and I never had he works at the Sooner Mall in Norman, OK 73072
