Had to call the police on one of your drivers last night who seems to think he has the right to use your tow truck to block off our residential street because he doesn't like people turning around in the cul de sac. Preventing people who live here to even drive down our road and holding residents hostage!!!

If I could give negative stars I can. My car was towed for parking tickets and they wouldn’t release my car over registration. Once I proved that I was current on my registration they still held onto to rack up storage fees. So I had to wait all weekend to ask for a document at a tag agency that I didn’t even need.
Also, they charge $40 for servicing you after 5pm, because they are predatory.
Stay away.

The front desk lady was so nasty, she’s so unprofessional, no one in that building have any answers to any questions about invoice or price break downs. The front desk lady yelled at me when asking questions, she had the same answer to every question. Be careful when parking in Norman, horrible company to work with.

Negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst. Norman police arrested me over a $135 municipal cash warrant quick wrecker impounded my truck and trailer while I was helping a senior citizen move that didn't have neone else helping. Total cost 948 dollars for five days. $443 hook up fee 345 for storage 35 after hours fee 19 first letter 30 second letter 48 bucks for tax. The worst part is that now my truck now has a stretched 1st gear . I'm calling a lawyer and the okla corporation commission

Stole my car and messed up my transmission. When I called to explain the guy I talked to was belligerent and told me off. He told me to “get me story straight” because I countered his statements.

This towing company is awesome! My car broke down in a parking lot and they were there in under 30 minutes! Cody, the driver, was friendly, experienced and a very good driver. He was able to get my car in my very small driveway on a small residential street. Thank you!!

I was in an accident, horrible weather and the experience I had with Quick Wrecker Service was amazing. They answered very quickly and took my info. The driver, Josh immediately called me and kept in touch the entire time. He immediately asked if i was injured and in a safe place. He quickly arrived. He helped me with all the info I needed at a time when I could barely think straight. I am so grateful that in such a horrible situation that this went so smoothly and he was so helpful. I highly recommend them.

I was locked out of my car and referred to them through a locksmith, he was here and unlocking my car within 45 minutes of my phone call and he was very quick and so nice. They were very affordable as well which is always a great plus.

First of all, this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car was totaled and towed here so I was going to stop by this evening and get my things out of it before my insurance company came and got it in the morning. I called just to make sure it was ok that I stop by and the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and then told me that in order for me to get my belongings out of my car at 9pm I would have to pay $15... what? To me that just makes no sense especially if I'm paying to have my car there and it is, in fact, my car. I called back a little while later (same lady answered the phone) and asked if someone could please call me if my insurance company just so happened to come and get my car before 8am (because that's when they stop charging you $15) and she was extremely rude and told me that no one would call me because they "don't do that". Overall, if you're going to have your car towed in Norman there are many other better places to call. Customer service is extremely poor and they are truly just trying to get every cent out of you that they can. Would not recommend.

My son called for someone to jump his battery in downtown Norman. Guy showed up with his battery pack and "tried" unsuccessfully. When we spoke to him all he would say was that his jump pack was powerful enough to charge 4 cars and that it must be his alternator. Not wanting my kid and his girlfriend to be stranded almost an hour from home, we drove up at 11:30 at night, on New Years Eve, to get them. We brought cables to try jumping just in case, and it fired up after being hooked up to my husbands truck for less than a minute. So my kid was out $60 and 2 hours of stress. I feel like with maybe a tad more effort the tech would've been able to get it going. Admittedly there was some corrosion on the terminals so we had to wriggle the cables a bit before we tried starting, but we were able to jump it right off and get him headed safely back home. Learned a lesson on who NOT to call if stranded in Norman. I called to let them know the situation and wasn't offered a refund. I would've been happy with even a partial refund since they did do the call-out, but I won't be using or recommending this company in the future.
