Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank! Natalie M. in the customer care office to the left and the manager (forgot his name, but he is the disrespectful punk with a beard) were an absolute nightmare. They were very nasty to us and banking with them is a nightmare. I had to call the regional manager to get things taken care of. We will be leaving ASAP! After our experience with them, I wasn’t surprised to see all the recent negative reviews. They deserve them all.

Since the day I switched my banking to Armstrong, it has been nothing but a headache. From automatic payments being rejected due to technical issues (causing late fees that were not compensated), to loan officers not returning calls, to being charged $10 per statement just to get a digital copy of my account statement, the entire experience has been terrible. I am switching to another local bank and I would not recommend this banking institution to anyone, for any reason. There are other local banks who actually care about you and your business, this one clearly does not.

I've been a loyal member of Armstrong Bank for a while now, but I've noticed something concerning lately. Many of the employees I've come to know and trust have been leaving at an alarming rate, only to be replaced by individuals who don't seem to have the same level of commitment to service excellence.As a result, I've experienced numerous problems and encountered some frustratingly poor customer service. After careful consideration, I've made the decision to switch to a different bank. With so many other options out there for banks and credit unions that prioritize customer satisfaction, I simply can't recommend Armstrong Bank to anyone who's looking for a positive banking experience.In short: if you're in the market for a new financial institution, my advice would be to steer clear of Armstrong Bank.

Andrew Schultz is an amazing bank teller with greater customer service. I highly recommend this bank and would ask for him when going there.

This was a great institution with great customer service when it was Republic Bank and Trust. Since it changed to Armstrong bank, the service has been HORRIFIC! In the last two months I have literally spent more than 10 hours either speaking with an incompetent employee or on hold or calling back because the call disconnected after being on hold forever. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK UNLESS YOU HAVE A TON OF TIME TRYING TO FIX THEIR ERRORS!!!!
