We were refered to Ricky Stapleton Auto and purchased two cars in one year. We moved from out of the country and needed a reliable source to coordinate the purchase and all the paperwork. The professional and personal attention made this absolutely the best car buying experience ever. The cars are great but Ricky Stapleton's care and guidance were beyond exceptional. Already looking forward to our next car!

I purchased a 2016 Outback Limited from Ricky and Jay a few months ago. Very pleased with the vehicle, it was in excellent condition, and they were both very kind and helpful and said call them if I need anything seeing how I just moved to Norman. I called Ricky and asked for assistance in finding a good certified mechanic when I need to service the vehicle and he was very helpful. They just tell you the way it is when buying a vehicle, no b.s. , just straight talk and will answer any questions you have. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle with very fair prices. Thank You both, loving my Outback!

Ricky, Dave, and Jay are stand up gentlemen. Although I didn’t buy from their dealership, they were completely fair, great with negotiation , and let me take a test drive with no problem. They were fair with a trade in value of my car , even though I didn’t buy from them, and were in constant talks with me about pricing if there wasn’t a price we could agree on. They knew what I was hoping for in my budget price, and writing up the bill To see about a loan for my bank was a breeze. They really, In my opinion, tried to give me the best offer that they could. They didn’t even take it personal whenever I let them know that I was going to another dealership after a few days of not calling them back To let them know that I went elsewhere.
On top of it all they even let my smaller kiddos run around inside their office and play around a little bit without a hint of being even slightly annoyed.
Great Business.

Bought a car recently from them. It was good at the time but after just a week, 2 warnings came up on dash and check engine light on. They won’t give any help but ask me to go to a dealer for help. Car sells as is so please don’t trust what they say, make your own judgement and maybe the best choice is to bring a mechanic with you. They won’t give any customer service follow up. As you paid the bill and drive out their parking lot, you are on your own. Now I’m stuck and have to bring the car to Lexus dealer. The time and money spent on it is not worth buying the car from them. I would never come back to them and I also recommend you to buy used car from some dealership that can give you at least a few months of warranty. This is my honest opinion and I don’t really give any bad reviews but this time I’m truly disappointed.

Called Staplton's Auto looking for a late model truck within a certain price. Spoke with Ricky who was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have one at the time but said he would check around.
Within a couple of days received a call from Ricky. He had located truck he thought we might be interested in.
It was exactly what we wanted.
Would recommend Staplton's Auto to everyone looking for a nice used vehicle.

We live in Topeka, Kansas. My wife found her DREAM car online at Ricky Stapleton Autos, LLC located in Norman, Oklahoma. I wasn't keen on driving to Norman to look at a car, but gosh I am glad we did. Ricky (and his staff) were very personable and just terrific. There were no big surprises and Ricky gave us a very good price on the car! My wife is so happy, and I am too. We drove that little car (a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle) all the way home on a hot hot day and had no problems. We love this car and will keep it forever! Thank you Ricky!

We highly recommend Ricky Stapleton Autos. Rick and Jay Gibson were fantastic to work with and made the entire “finding another vehicle asap” experience a pleasant one. WOW. It is always a blessing to find business owners with integrity that care about their customers, but to find one in the used car business is extremely appreciated. Both of them were kind, accommodating, patient, helpful, available, very transparent, and ready to assist us without any of the pressure that one sometimes feels when dealing with vehicle purchases. I am always nervous about buying a vehicle with an unknown history, but Rick understands that and does his best to help his customers have a good experience. We could not have asked for anything more. These guys are GREAT.

Bought a 2002 Ford Ranger with Dave, great to work with. Had the pickup a couple days and had some mechanical issues, spoke with Dave and Ricky both n regards to the issues and Ricky covered half the repair cost. They are honest people at this car lot. Highly recommed them for your next used car purchase. Thanks again Ricky and Dave.

Thank you Ricky and Jay! We bought my daughter's first car from these guys. The experience was beyond expectations. After a couple of weeks of shopping around, we found what we were looking for at Ricky Stapleton's. My husband and I made the trip from Yukon, OK and took a test drive with Jay. The car was exactly as listed on the website. The detail and cleanliness of the vehicle was better than anywhere we had been previously. We were sold. When it came time to pick up the car, I wanted my daughter to drive it home (I knew she'd approve). So we all drove back out to pick it up. Jay and Ricky were right at the he door when we showed up. They kind of nodded my way, but went right up to Hannah, shook her hand, congratulated her, presented her the the keys to her new can and even presented her with some car maintenance tips. The experience was so awesome!

They had AMAZING customer service, were super helpful, had great prices, and we're completely trustworthy. I ended up getting a car somewhere else but Jay was super helpful anyways and gave me contacts and recommendations for places that he knows and trusts. I 100% recommend here to anyone looking for a new car, and will definitely be coming back if I need a new one myself in the future.

Buy from these guys! We have bought two vehicles so far & drove 200 miles round trip each time. 100% worth it. We got exactly what we were told we were getting. We worked with Dave. He is excellent - honest & laid back. I feel confident the other guys are the same. We were given the time & space to look everything over thoroughly. We won't even waste our time looking elsewhere when it's time for another used vehicle. What a relief to pay exactly the price stated. Thank y'all so much for running your business with integrity.

In case you don't think much of used car dealers, Ricky Stapleton may change your mind. I bought a truck "as-is". I'm a lawyer, I know what "as-is" means. Literally one day later the motor blew. Ricky personally came to where I was at, got me home, towed the truck to a Ford certified mechanic ... and then offered me a motor, installed, with a buncha new parts and all updates, for nothing. He didn't owe me anything. Ultimately Ricky let me pay him for half of it, and I got a motor that is essentially new. Ricky Stapleton made a friend for life. Many thanks, sir.
