I had such a great experience at this store thanks to one of the employees she had the most amazing purple hair and was incredibly helpful! Not only did she know exactly what products I needed for my hair type, but she also took the time to explain how to use them properly. You can tell she’s passionate about hair and beauty with her own vibrant style was super inspiring! Excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I bought some hair dye that the girl selected to match my hair and it's way too dark. She said there would be gloves in the box, and there wasn't, and we had to pay extra. She didn't give them free despite being wrong.
Not a bit of customer service. Next time I'll go elsewhere where they know product, don't lie about contents, and can match hair better

The Manager Becky is a very inconsiderate individual. She was asked nicely to not park her vehicle in front of the her own store or the neighboring stores and to park out with the rest of the employees in order to give customers and handicapped customers the closer spot and not only she did Smile, Nod and say she would but she didn't move her car for over 4 hours, had a friend pick her up for lunch so that she didn't have to move it, and then moved it over one spot directly in front of Sally's blocking her own customers. I really hope this isn't how she treats all her customers. This is Not a Professional, adult or managerial action to take after asked kindly several times Or even a Good example to make for her own employees. On top of that she is Next door to a Variety Care and takes up their parking for all the families, elderly and sick that come there while she is parked for over 8 hours.

Told them I wanted to get brassy out of my hair and trying to go blonde. They suggested wrong toner. Now my hair looks more brassy than befor. Just dont shop here they can go to minimum wage next

I will NEVER shop with Sally’s again. Their customer service is COMPLETE TRASH. I placed an order online, never received confirmation yet they took the money out of my account. I wasted my time going to the store (as asked of me) they did nothing and was absolutely not helpful at all.. I called customer service multiple times.. & still no conclusion other than wait 3-5 days for the money to go back to my account. I have zero understanding why I couldn’t jus get the product purchased. My daughters bday is Tuesday, I’m not rich by no means and all she wanted was a chi flat iron & that’s literally all I could afford: due to the lack of understanding or protocol they took money that they could of easily gave me the product purchased or did a reversal back to my card. It wasn’t a hold placed on my card. It was a processed payment. I’ll continue my business with ULTA. Much better selection and much better customer service! Very unimpressed with the entire situation.

??????????THE MOST AMAZING and helpful!! ? They helped me fix a BOTCH ?salon job…. After years of doing the same thing with my same hair lady, it seems envy and ulterior motives got the best of her… saw her yesterday and she burnt me, brassed out my hair when she’s been doing it icy for years- and clearly “mixed” different product than her usual.. ‼️? Luckily ?️Sally’s came to the rescue. They told me exactly what to mix and exactly how much of what, I did it and this was the result! Far better and more beautiful than an over priced salon. My hair is soft and shiny with the conditioner mask I used after coloring, too. Thank you Sally’s. ?? Oh, and everything I bought at Sally’s put together only cost me $25. I will Never let a salon color my hair again.

Young lady that helped me was informative and very helpful. She didn’t just give me a short answer and run off to the register like every other Sally’s store employee has done in the past. I really wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. She also showed me many options and explained the differences between them, because they were all pretty similar.

The ladies working on August 7th when my friend and I stopped in to re-up on our favorite hair products were outstanding. I was so comforting by their approach and knowledge of their recommendations on what I was wanting that was not going to possibly turn out the way I was imagining! It saved me so much anxiety and I appreciated their honesty and excellent, friendly customer service. We bought alot of neat things and had a wonderful experience. We live in Chickasha and this is our favorite store. They value their customers here!! ♥️♥️?

I used to love this sally’s, however my views of this store have changed. The last several times I’ve been in there is one specific girl who is always rude, makes me feel stupid, like doing her job is inconvenient for her. And never really answers any questions. And she is rude to her employees. She left, and things went back to how they once were kind employees knowledge, great customer service, but she is back now and now the service is horrible, shes rude, makes me feel bad about myself, makes me feel very stupid, she rolls her eyes and super judgmental. I literally feel bad every time I go into this store. And they have definitely upped their prices, and at almost 100 dollars to safely do my hair now. Also, none of them know basic color theory, which when suggesting toners. Especially since toners mix with your natural hair colors and make other less attractive/not the color you wanted. The specific employee is youngish and last time I went in she had like bright orange hair. She isn’t a nice girl whatsoever. Get rid of her.,

The lady ringing up today is incredibly rude. Wouldn’t make eye contact or speak to customers except to give them their total.
