Went here Saturday to hopefully find a good detangeler for my gbaby who was desperate, the lady with the vibrant colored hair was so incredibly helpful, she guided me and was just so nice. I came home and that evening I received HUGS & GIGGLES instead of tears after brushing my gbaby hair. I will definitely be a return customer. 🥰

I went to Sally’s in Moore many times and always had one issue or another, staff following me around, recommending bad products, closing the store in front of me. This story has always been nothing but kind. Every time I walk in they welcome me kindly, ask if I need help, and are very warm and welcoming. If you need to go to any Sally’s in the Moore or Norman area this is the one to go to!!! Manager is lovely!!!!

Came to this store April 9th at 1:40pm. Lights were on and store was very clearly open but the main door was locked and there was no one to be seen. The lady that answered the phone said she was having personal problems and wasn’t going to open the door. Very unhelpful.

Today at 5:00PM we went to pick up some items and the lady that works there was RUDE! We put our products back and walked out! She can keep her attitude and the products! We then went to the Alameda location and had a good experience.
