We had an outdoor storage unit for over a year at SecurCare Self Storage and cannot recommend it enough. Very safe, very secure and very pleasant! The office was super attentive and easy to communicate with and the pricing was fair. If you are needing a storage unit that actually cares about your stuff, use SecurCare in Norman!

Needed temporary storage during remodeling. Diana was excellent! She advised me on the size of the storage unit, explained the best way for movers to access & walked me through the exit process. I will definitely go to Diana & this facility for any future storage needs.

They are so kind and jovial. The drive up access is really convenient and I just love the front desk lady. She is an awesome lady. I recommend this storage location in Norman!

I came back to Norman from California this past weekend to go through my storage locker when I realized that I had forgotten may storage locker key. Fortunately Diana was working in the office and when I told her what I had done she immediately reached out to a lock smith and was able to get him to come over that afternoon. I was so lucky that she was working that day! She was also able to assist me a couple of days later with transitioning into a smaller locker. She was a pleasure to deal with; so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about operations of this business. A definite asset to her employer! Thank you, Diana!

Provided a seamless online experience with no problems. Was able to move quickly into a unit without ever speaking to a person. Grounds are clean with easy access. Much better experience than with other self storage places in Norman.

What a nightmare. The woman is so rude and I ended up leaving here crying. I paid the late fee she insisted we owed. Moved out 3/2 and when I left upset she said so when are u moving out? I said right now. She said ok I'll note it. Now over a month later I'm getting calls that I wasn't checked out and still owe. I don't owe a cent over what I paid on the day I moved out 3/2! She did this on purpose because she wanted to screw me more I know it. Im in talks with their customer care and they're aware of the issue. Rent ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! Too stressful and so rude.
