Phillip, the manager is an incredible person. He is knowledgeable, takes care of all issues without hesitation, attentive, caring, understanding and very helpful. I'm honored to have been able to make his acquaintance through my unfortunate circumstances.Nevertheless, he has been a great help in insuring that all my concerns were addressed in a cortious and timely manner.All repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction and beyond!I highly recommend this facility!Services: Painting

These ppl r the worst. They had our care over a month an kept changing completion dates. We go to pick it up an it was missing our rear view mirror and all my stuff around it. Then it started makin a tik noise we didnt go in with. So we go to pick up our rental keys to leave and THEY LOST THEM

Brought my car in for a repair after a minor fender-bender. Got an estimate fairly quickly and dropped my car off for repairs. Two days later I got a call that my expected cost was increasing by several hundred dollars. I asked for an explanation as to why. They claim they sent multiple emails with a breakdown, but I never received it. I tried to call and follow up multiple times, but no one answered their phones. By the time I finally spoke to a person, I was so annoyed and stressed that I just agreed to the repair without the promised breakdown of costs. The person I spoke to said she would pass that on to the repair team ASAP. That was on Friday. I was never given any estimated pickup time.Today is the following Wednesday - I've heard nothing, so I call to check in, and get told that there was never any note of my approving it. I told them I spoke to someone on Friday, but because I couldn't remember the name of the receptionist who took my call, they said it never happened. It's now going to be another ten days before my car is able to be picked up. They will have had my car for two and a half weeks for a minor repair, assuming there are no more delays.

As I entered the door the new GM William I believe harassed me to the point of no return. I was told my vehicle was ready and then called a liar about what I was told. So since I was already there I was trying to speak with my service person when GM as he kept telling me I had to speak to him and as I waited as instructed he threatened me to call police for me waiting( in silence) as he demanded I talk to him because he is the new general manager! This guy is a jerk! I will look for new place to get my repairs done in the future as long as this person remains there!

My girlfriend dropped her call off and has been told 4 different times that they would be done with the car. Unfortunately her rental is due and so now she has to be inconvenienced with no car until they get done. I would recommend going to another body shop this has poor customer service. I have taken a few cars here and this is the last time I’ll ever take a car here it always seems to be the same scenario. They worked on my bmw and broke the bumper and I had to wait 60 days for my car to get done. I took my Honda there and they couldn’t work on it. I took my Honda to another shop and they got it done in 4 days.

horrible service. my wife's car was supposed to be ready on a certain day and today makes the 5th time that it's not ready. every time I call there's a new problem with my wife's car. the communication is horrible as well. will not be coming back..

Don’t deserve 1 star, I have been in the auto industry for 20 plus years and have never dealt with such a circle j*** of a shop, they had my truck 2 months when I got it back it had paint runs, overspray and full of sanding dust, I took it back and showed the ‘manager’ he said to drop it off and he would have it taken care of in 2 days, after 5 days they would not answer the phone so I went to get it and they finally admitted they had not touched it. Now I have to wait 10 days for a manager to be there to show him, I’m assuming the employees are blind, Stay away from these clowns!

I’m out, three different commitments from various reps to order my parts and start the repair all a waste of time and they never actually ordered any parts. So, if they can’t meet the demand before the repair, it’s highly likely they will fail during the repair.

Great staff the receptionist could have been alittle friendlier but it didnt ruin my experienceThe guy i talked to was honest and told me that while he could fix the damage the car wasnt werth the costHe broke down the problems in a way a non car person could understand and i felt like i understood more when i left

This center has had my car since Aug 30, 2022, and evidently cannot repair it. Insurance has paid them and I still do not have my car. This company has very unethical policies. I need this resolved.

I had the BEST experience at Service King Collision Center (SKCC) facility. I had an accident and my passenger side door was completely trashed. I brought in my car a few weeks ago and met with Lauren, the front office manager, who was amazing - very proficient, great personality and an excellent demeanor. She introduced me to a Mr. Will. I cannot give enough commendations to Mr. Will! He is an asset to SKCC. Over the time my car was being worked on, Mr. Will and the SKCC team kept me informed. Mr. Will has a very customer centred focii and goes above and beyond what an employee/manager would do for the customer and that reflects on SKCC ethics and values. He knew what he was doing!!! I understand a sub-standard door was sent in by SKCC suppliers and, according to my take, Mr. Will made sure that the BEST DOOR was installed. He showed the photographs of the supplied door and its condition of dents. SKCC technicians did, what I consider, magic to convert that to the exceptional product that I received.I am certain that, including Lauren, Chelsea and Mr. Will there is a village supporting the operation. I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire SKCC crew who helped make this happen.Also, I think SKCC policy of "the customer always gets to speak with somebody" is awesome - in this time and age, this is unique and I really commend management of SKCC in this aspect.Again, thank you all for taking such good care of me. Lauren and Ken have been so helpful and patient as they repaired the damages to my vehicle! They also held to their life time guarantee as I continued to have issues after my car (due to the initial accident) and have helped to ensure it receives the necessary repair work. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but the best to say about my experiences with Service King at the Boardwalk, Norman location. Lauren at the front office is extremely pleasant, efficient and with high service bent of mind. Mr. Will, the estimating manager, was very efficient and knew exactly what to do - experience was written all over the way he appraised the damage and gave solutions to my questions. I am glad I chose Service King - I am new to Norman and my decision was based on looking up on the internet. IlLater, on enquiring, I have heard just good things about the high quality of people and the resulting work provided by this facility. I look forward to having my car back.
