I stopped by the office on my way to my storage to ask a couple of questions I had that I was not able to find the answer to online. The manager Shortie was very professional and super helpful. I appreciate having someone in person that I can stop by and ask all my random questions about my storage unit. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I appreciate it when I can find it.

Shorty is THE BEST!! When I needed a unit she worked her magic to make sure I had the perfect unit to suit my needs. Not only is she a true professional, she’s a genuinely kind and considerate. The staff members were friendly and helpful, contributed to a seamless sign-up process, and got me a great deal on my unit! I was able to examine the unit and facility before signing, and I feel comfortable storing my belongings here.

Original:Leanne was very helpful and informative. Kept in contact with me to make sure I got my unit rented on time and took me directly to my unit so there was no time wasted searching as she knew I was in a rush. I would highly recommend this facility.
