We absolutely love Sleep Number! We bought our second Sleep Number bed today at the Norman location. Connor assisted in our selection of the California King Climate 360 bed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We know we will love our new bed!

We purchased a Sleep Number bed from David (Manager) in Norman OK. Crazy thing is we live in North Port, FL. My sister, who lives in Norman, had a great experience with David and suggested we call him. In true honesty, he is the best of the best when it comes to Customer Service. David was thorough in his explanations, he was patient with our questions, he was never in a hurry, and we never felt pressure. We wished more people in the Sales field would be just like him! Actually, thinking about it, we believe we have never had better service than the service David gave us. He is a wonderful individual. Thank you David!

We have been searching for a bed that doesn't make us wake up feeling like we have been hit by a truck. My husband and I asked many people what kind of a bed/mattress can do that and we kept hearing sleep number. We decided to stop in to the Norman sleep number store and were met by Connor. He took the time to show us all of the options as well as give us information on every bed we tried. He was gracious, courteous, informative, professional and just an all around pleasant guy! Needless to say we found a bed we couldn't live without. We decided to take a day or so to make sure this is the way we wanted to go. Connor allowed us that space and was not pushy at all. He made sure that if he were not available when we were ready to let David know all of the details of our visit and what we were looking for and expecting. David picked up right where Connor left off to ensure a seamless purchase process took place. We are so very appreciative of the time Connor and David took to make us feel comfortable and guide us through this purchase. They have also followed up to ensure our delivery goes smoothly. So excited for this bed to arrive. If you are waiting for a sign to get your sleep number bed, THIS IS IT!!!!
