This is the best pharmacy in Norman. Moving all my prescriptions from Walgreens here - the staff is fast, courteous, and everything is always on time. Great communication. Great service. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I used to love this place so much I drove from OKC, but after calling ahead before driving from Oklahoma City to fill it they didn’t bother telling me on the phone that it was too early, waited until I drove 30 mins. Today the pharmacy tech rolled her eyes at my husband bc he asked why he had to pull all the way back to the end of the drive through line when he had been waiting ten mins for his turn. I would not recommend. Service has really taken a downward turn in the last year or so.

Great local pharmacy. The most competitive pricing and genuine and caring customer service. Compounding services are excellent and have decades of experience at the bench. As a physician Sooner has had my confidence for many years in aiding me in the care of patients.

I'm switching from Walgreens to Sooner today. The caring staff at Sooner provides friendly knowledgeable service and goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken of. You cannot get this service at a CVS or Walgreens.

Called to confirm my prescription was filled. Yes it will be ready for pickup. Send my son to pickup. No sorry. We can not fill your prescription cause we gave last box to someone else. Find another pharmacy who can fill it. thanks? Worst experience ever. 1/2 star and shame on you for excuses.

My normal pharmacy was out of my medication. Which is another local owned business. I am a business owner myself. I called them and they helped me through the process of transferring my med. No issues and they took care of everything timely and with a happy voice and smile on their face when I arrived. If I lived on this side of town I would definitely use them regularly. Thank you Sooner Pharmacy for your great customer care!
