The man in the front I think his name was Zach he was really helpful by giving me the right information on a couple of units I was thinking about getting. He did a really good job. Would definitely recommend this location 10/10 ??????

I recently called those public storage to get unit sizes and their respective prices. Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this public storage! He also stayed polite when answering all of my questions even though i had a lot.

Guy who works there is incredibly nice but is a little expensive and calling into public storage is an actual nightmare. If you ever have problems with your account it will be easier to get in touch with someone through smoke signals.

These five stars are for Zach who works at the front desk he’s so great with customers and helped me with some issues that I had booking. If you are looking to book with this place do it in person with Zach and not with the call center!!
