Lindsey, the store manager, was rude. She jumped in conversations then helped someone else before I was done, it's like she's on drugs. She wasn't focused, she was rushing everyone like she hates her job. I asked for 8-1oz cups of vinegarette sauce because my sister thought it was delicious and wanted to use it for our salad for dinner. But subway does NOT FOR ANY REASON give out or even let you BUY extra sauce. Due to food cost and inventory. They don't let you buy it with money... Ridiculousness. Just like her attitude and the way she talked down to me because I made her repeat herself about not giving me any because Inventory more than once which I guess frustrated her. She gave me 2 cups and was very unhappy about and she made sure to let me know she shouldn't have even done that so I should be grateful. thanks Subway. And thank you Lindsey for talking down to me like I was an idiot. I feel so welcome. Have a nice day. But don't eat here. And they have a lot of homeless people come in and out mostly because they yell at them to pay for something before they use the restroom. Which I get. But just an fyi, in the middle of your order they will start yelling at the homeless people trying to come in...

If I could give a -5 this place would be it. I've gone a couple times, and they consistently mess up the order. I ordered two sandwiches via their app and they were first the toppings and dressing. I then called to talk to them about it and waited on hold. They hung up right before they even answered. I did this three times. No response. What a horrible way to do business.

Kylee, JuneBug, and Brianna were working tonight and provided excellent service, clean environment, and a pleasant atmosphere. This is the only Subway I like in Norman.

They gave me a burnt meatball on my boss sub and charged me for a bacon and avocado turkey sub. when i asked for just the regular turkey sub.

Every time we go to this Subway, the employees are super nice. The food always tastes good and the restaurant is clean. Overall, this is a better Subway than most close to me and we will keep going here.
