Team was great! Bullshit lying on pricing is another thing. My oil change went from $100 up to $150 because they lie and say and oil change (which we all know should include filter) when in reality it’s only over priced oil. Filter is extra. Disposal is now cost to consumer(which should be part of doing business). Then there is a shop fee added

Totally impressed with the service here. The guys took care of my car needs (including the cabin filter , which I didn't even know about). Timely, professionally, and economically! Definitely will go there again and recommend them to others.

They got my oil changed, and they were friendly. That’s about all the good I can say though.
When refilling my oil, the tech spilled oil all over the engine and didn’t notice it was spilling until another tech ran over and pointed out. After pulling out into the sun, my windshield was all streaked up from their “cleaning” of it.
As soon as I got onto the road, I could smell the burning oil. Parking at home 5 minutes later and smoke was just billowing out of my engine bay from all the spilled oil. 3 days later and the cabin still reeks of burning oil.
Upon popping my hood, there’s oily glove prints all over the hood, chrome grill, and all over nearly every plastic piece in the engine bay.

Used to be a loyal customer -- went in, then messed around under the car for a bit while they tried to talk me into cabin filters and all of that. Eventually they said they didn't have the "special star bit for this model Mazda". They recommended a specialty shop or a dealer.
Didn't really make sense but oh well.
Decided to do it myself and sure enough the oil drain plug was completely stripped. Not a special bit at all of course. They either have no idea what they're doing or they stripped it and lied. Either way this used to be worth it when it was like $40 and so fast. I used to tell everyone to just use Take5. But now it's always $80+ and they make you feel like an absolute piece of garbage if you don't get the add ons. Useless employees who clearly have no drive in them. A free bottle of water isn't such a service that I can justify this anymore.
