We brought our elderly dog into see Dr. Coppedge. Dr. Coppedge took dental X-rays and was able diagnose and treat the problem in the same sedation visit. Our dog is doing great. Dr. Coppedge really cares about the dental health of her patients and is very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment.

I took my puppy in yesterday. As soon as I got in the door they handed me an information sheet that wanted a ridiculous amount of my personal info! My ss #, drivers license #, my employers name and address, also asked for my spouses employer and address. They don't need that personal information for a simple cash pay visit. Then They told me I would have to show them my ID and proof of my dogs rabies vaccine. She has been vaccinated, but I didn't have the papers with me. They demanded to give her another round of rabies vaccine or would not see her for an allergy issue. We left and won't be back.

Very thankful for Thunderbird Hospital. They were able to see my dog when she needed emergency care. Everyone was helpful and showed a great amount of care for my baby. Price for services was reasonable.

These wonderful Veterinarians and their staff have taken care of our fur babies for about 28 years now. They take care of small animals and do it with love, compassion and respect for the animals and their humans as well. Goats are the largest animal they take in now. I won't go anywhere else!

We brought our Polish chicken Prue in after discovering she had bumblefoot. We had called around late Saturday when we noticed the issue and left a message. We also called around to other vets but never got a response. We got a call Sunday from Thunderbird vet and they were able to find a time for us to bring her in the next day! The process was very easy. Staff were very nice to us and Prue. They were upfront about the cost and time. They also made sure we left with any medication she may need after the procedure. We are scheduled for a check up but i’m sure all will be good thanks to their care and expertise.

The Dr's and staff are exceptional. Our baby didn't make it, but it wasn't because they didn't do everything possible. The communication was outstanding. Take your babies there for excellent care and lots of love.
