About VitalCaring Hospice
Traditions Health is a hospice care provider in Norman and surrounding communities. Brittany Thomas was incredible. She went above and beyond to help us bring my dad home from the hospital the same day, even with us living over 2 hours away. She checked in on us and truly made it possible for him to pass peacefully at home with us. We’ll never forget her thoughtfulness!

My mom wasn’t always appreciative of the effort people made to keep her comfortable at the end of her life. The nurses and staff from Traditions were patient and caring regardless of the circumstances. I’m grateful for the quality of care my mom received from Traditions Health Hospice.
