“They were very professional and polite. The price was very reasonable and they got the job done quickly. I'm very happy about the experience and have nothing but great things to say about this business. I highly recommend Norman Automotive. They seem to be good honest people.”
“I been to 3 different places in 3 years and my truck would start acting up after a few months of getting the transmission fixed and this place is the number one place I will always go back too. They have amazing service, great prices and they will give you updates on what needs to be fixed before they order the part and put it on. From what I was told by them also it's not just gonna be one person to take your vehicle on the test drive they would have 3-4 different people including the mechanic and boss to make sure everything is perfect. I can't thank this company enough and finally got a vehicle with a amazing transmission work done!!!”

Tim especially is what every shop owner should aspire to be. Honest, Communicative throughout the process, and just passionate about what he does. I’ll for sure take my car back to only them to get any future work done. Thanks y’all!!!”

“The clutch went out on my 2018 Honda Accord. Replacement parts from the dealer were incredibly expensive. After making some phone calls to a few transmission shops in the area I decided to use Action Transmission. Wade helped me find more affordable and better parts for my car and he installed them in a few days. He sent me pictures during the entire process, including shots of the old clutch compared to the new one. I really appreciated that.”
