The staff were great and we didn’t have to wait long for our order. I wish there were size options for drinks because mine was too large to finish. It was good, though.

Drinks are hit or miss here. Our last round was so nasty and full of ice chunks I don’t plan to go back to this location again. Not as much as they charge for them. On a good note, they are usually pretty efficient with getting their online orders out.

I've been in the food service industry for over 15 years. And I have to say, I have never, in the over 2000 restaurants, I've walked into, have ever been treated with 6 STAR SERVICE!!! 5 was the only thing I was able to select. From the friendly welcome when I walked in. To the order process, which included product knowledge of all the items on the menu. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! The professionalism and customer service were above and beyond my experiences in the food service industry!

Used to love this place but just had an employee stick a tip prompt in my face while going through the drive thru that started at 20% then 18% then 0%. That is restaurant levels of service to tip on. Literally had to hit 3 buttons in order to not tip. Tipping culture is getting insane. Won’t be coming back here.Edit: I feel like I should add that the employees are always nice, prompt, and respectful. My rating is a sole reflection of this new corporate policy that will inevitably end up preventing the employees from getting raises, etc.

This is directly for management. This was Thursday night (5/25/23) at 8:10pm. I ordered a large chia banana boost and asked if they had kids cups. One female working the speaker spouts out “we only have one size.” No problem, I was going to see if you guys had two kids cups to pour the large drink into. While I was speaking, one female cuts me off in the utmost negative tone to yell “we can’t do that” while the other female talks over her in the back to yell no. Thinking they aren’t understanding what I’m saying I still say with a smile “oh are you guys just out of kids cups tonight or something?” To which they ignore me. I ask again if they’re out of kids cups with no response. With still trying to be lighthearted and respectful, I say “wait I’m confused, why aren’t you guys answering any of my questions?” To which both females continue to ignore me. With being ignored, all I could do is pull up to the window being greeted by the only taller male employee working there. He goes, “You just wanted the large drink poured into two kids cups. Yeah we can do that no problem.” This is the ONLY employee with any sort of customer service skills without an attitude problem. I’ve been in management and customer service for over 10 years, and I understand everyone has off days, but whoever is in charge needs to give at least two of these females working the speaker (5/25) a serious reality check and a refresher on professionalism and respect. They’re going to be the downfall of this Norman location. Once I was rung up by the male employee, one female (not sure of the two on the speaker) proceeds to hand me my drinks and compliment my tattoos while ending with “God bless.” Almost as if she realized how blatantly inappropriate the previous interaction was. For the sake of the company, management really needs to intervene. Coming from an OKC firefighter family, we will be avoiding this place to bypass the disrespect.

Amazing smoothie! Great staff! I recommend them to everyone! Beach bum is great but so is BlueBerry with white chocolate!

The food is fine, not good enough for the price but it's sure edible! My complaint is that I always order a chicken and cheese quesadilla and 2/4 of the quesadilla slices has absolutely no chicken on it and maybe a tiny bit of cheese if you're lucky.

Service slow, overpriced, charged me extra for Ala cart smoothie even though I ordered a meal. Sigh
